Yeah, that's what happens when you don't play in a JV conference.
tRCMB - Visit at your own risk of being disgusted.
Since when do doublewides come with basements?
Hey Memphis fans, what's it like living in a house with wheels?
Go Bears, Blackhawks, White Sox, and Pioneers.
Just because I don't care doesn't mean I don't understand
Schools like Memphis and Michigan that have multiple vacated Final Fours shouldn't be allowed in the NCAA tourney.
The truly sad thing is, that looking at all of unbiased prediciton sites like kenpom and espn insider, memphis even wining their first game would be an upset. Let alone beating us. Derrick Rose isn't walking through that door. Hell, Iowa is 10 spots higher on Kenpom.
Every day is a vacation!
Man you guys are sensitive. I understand that you are upset at not winning the Big 10 regular season or tourney. Just stay away from the Buckeyes!
No. Wait. Really? Memphis only win over an NCAA team is Harvard?
I can't believe you're getting a rise out of these guys. It's like getting furious at a fly buzzing around your ear.
Nice win last year against SLU in the 1st round...
Not as upset as we'd be at having entire tournament appearances wiped from the record books.
Winning Conference USA is like winning the award of smartest kid on the short bus.
The RCMB...is one of the most awful, alarming, inappropriate, disgusting, and offensive msg boards in the history of the internet.
So exceptional that the only good teams (and I'm stretching the definition) you played this year beat you.
Valpo isn't a big risk for us, but we all know that games are won in the locker room, on the floor, and on the message boards. We can talk trash with round two possible opponents later. Let's stay focused on Valpo!
Anyone from Valpo talking trash?
Spartans ...committed to bring Paul Bunyan home in 2013.
Though I admit I don't know much about MTSU, I'd go with St. Mary's. The Gaels are tough, disciplined and have a great PG in Dellavedova and have some seniors with solid tourney experience (Sweet 16 run in 2010).
Seriously. If we made banners for Sweet 16 appearances, we'd have enough for Izzo to use them as toilet paper at his basketball office.
Memphis has a truly repugnant fanbase. All six or seven of them are classless dickbags whose highlight of the past four decades was a vacated Final Four won by a cheating coach who took the first train out of town to a real job.
I'd go with St. Marys.
And the fact that he's probably ghost.
I've watched more Memphis & Michigan State games, combined, then probably anybody in the country. I fail to see how the Tigers are a matchup problem for the Spartans, let alone 99% of the country?
Yes, Memphis has a nice group of guards and Crawford has been great lately. That said, your frontcourt depth is very weak and you start a 6'4 guy at PF. I'll admit, DJ has improved about as much as any player I've seen over 4 years but Nix/Payne will eat Shaq/DJ/Tarik up. Goodwin will have 3 fouls by halftime and you'll probably see Simpson or Hall on the court for the first time in a month.
Your Tigers have talent but we have a great team with a coach who has proven he's as good as anybody w/ a two day turnaround. You have a coach whose biggest victory was a home win vs an unranked Xavier team.
Worry about getting out of the first round before you come here to talk shit. Last year, we saw the same threads from Tiger fans. I live in Memphis & watch most of their games, I told anyone who would listen, last year, that Majerus would never let the Tigers get into a groove. If you manage to get through and play MSU at The Palace, expect more of the same this year. Nice little team ya'll got but you won't be beating the Spartans.
Last year, I broke down the Tigers roster w/ strengths & weaknesses for my fellow Spartans. This year, I'll wait until the Tigers get outta the first round so I don't waste my time.
They are total assjacks in person as well. Ask anyone who went to Columbus last year. Picture a bunch of redneck amateurs dressed in electric blue lining the bars of the Arena district prior to the games... Screaming at any MSU fan that walked by... "They wuz comin' fo us"...... ha! Drunk, illiterate bastards.....
3 street ballers with a collective IQ of 77.
"I think the world is run by C students"
"assjacks" and "redneck amateurs", "drunk illiterate bastards"?
You must be thinking of that no class bunch east of us, UcheaT.
They were mediocre this year and their football program has been the laughing stock of the SEC. They dropped Doofy Doolittle and hired some no-name to run their vaunted "program" into the ground.
Memphis makes UT look like Harvard.
I see we hit a sore spot
