Mark Hollis @MSUAD
@Trey_Burke3 My advice, believe in YOUR heart & mind, everything else is interference. People u seek out is better than those that seek u.
WTF? Why is our AD tweeting career advice to UM players?
Instantly connect to whats most important to you. Follow your friends, experts, favorite celebrities, and breaking news.
Because he's a good guy.
I'm downvoting you, not Mark Hollis
Because he's a good person?
I'll get downvoted like crazy, but this is ridiculous by Hollis. Stick to talking to players from your own program.
Classy move by a classy guy. Didn't tell him whether or not to go pro, but gave him sound advice for helping him make the right decision.
Because he actually cares about student athletes and he's not a raging homer like you. Stick to YouTube.
If it bothers Big M. It is fine by me
"Put your mother in a straight-jacket you punk ass white boy." ~ Mike Tyson
I'd be with you if he would have said something like "Go PRO cuz noooone wants u @ um!!11!11one! LOLZ!!!! ;)" But he's trying to help the kid with a tough decision. Do you really think he would tell an MSU player any different? Not a chance.

"Mark, thanks for the job security".....Big Ten Office Mailroom Staff
Burke must have reached out to Hollis...not the other way around.
Translation: ignore the Walverines follow your heart to the NBA.
Posting member of tRCMB since 1997.
It is ALWAYS a great day to be a Spartan!!!!
Ha, fair enough.
Could be a ploy to make him "follow his heart" to the NBA. Ya never know!
Stick to talking to posters on UM boards.
I hate Twitter.
Anyone. Anyplace. Anytime.
My only issue is with the grammar. People is? Or is that Burke's part of the tweet (sorry, I'm twitter-illiterate)?
Bwaaaaa walverine with his panties on a bunch.
Dave Brandon or Mark Hollis? You pick.
Why just Burke? How come he isn't talking to Michigan's hockey players as well?
burke tweeted this first. "EVERYONE got something to say... smh I thought this was my life!". Hollis was putting the sibling rivalry aside for a minute and was giving helpful life advice. Classy move.
Oh, no you di'int!
EDIT: @ Turtleneck re: his Big M slapdown.

Outside of a dog, a book is man's best friend. Inside of a dog, it's too dark to read. - Groucho Marx
Honestly, this is seems pretty strange to me. Not bad, just strange. Have to think it's just to get in someones head.
The grammar is even weirder. Is Hollis trying to act like he gets the kids or something?

I AM KIND, SMART, POWERFUL, BEAUTIFUL, TERRIFIC, AND TREMENDOUS
Hollis is so in your head.
Just before Hollis tweeted that to Burke, Burke tweeted:
Trey Burke @Trey_Burke3
EVERYONE got something to say... smh I thought this was my life!
Seems to me that Hollis is responding to that tweet and is telling Burke to forget about what other people are telling him to do, and focus on what he wants to do.
It's solid advice, I'm not sure what the big deal is.
We are not the same, I am a Spartan
Probably doesnt want to see another Marcus Taylor happen
