Or something close to that...come on ABC, you could sell our game better. And no one is unleashing shit on our D.
They could have at least mentioned our fierce defense or something like that
Exactly. The promo basically was saying Neb was going to slaughter MSU...just from a viewer standpoint, wouldn't you want to sell it as a good game worth watching?
Our own "fans" aren't going to watch, why would anyone else?
Tune in Saturday at 3:30 to find out for certain..
As a husker fan the thing Im most worried about is your guys D-Line against our O-Line with a banged up Martinez
I dont think either team will run away with it
Goal in life is to save America from Obamacare
true enough....taking off in a little while with my 9 yr. old daughter: it's her first game. As for the premise that we are disrespected by some shitty promo ad from ABC....who cares? Win the 3 close games we should have instead of losing them and this is viewed as a totally different contest nationally.
Onward and upward hopefully.....we havent' played well at home ALL YEAR. We played decent against Boise, the only other game I've seen in person this year. SInce then we've played like shit, which is out of character for this team. We are due to play well, possibly VERY well.
Screw you for not going to the rest of the home games!!
Defense doesn't bring in the viewers. Nebraska doesn't pass very well. We do not do offense very well. The only appealing thing to get non-affiliated viewers might be their offensive rushing. Also, Nebraska has a bigger fan base. I don't think the promo is off-base.
Hey, were 5-4 and not in contention for the BIG championship. Win more, get noticed.
Spartans about to unleash Taiwan Jones on the entire state of Nebraska.

bang...I would if I could truthfully......it's like a moth to a flame, in truth I just can't resist.
"You mean TWAN Jones"?.....sorry, had to.
Should be more like MSU unleashes T Jones and D Allen on Nebraska. Hide the women, children and the QB.
The moment is eternal
We usually don't have to pass because we run for so many yards. But we probably have the best receiving core in the conference, or at least top two. If Martinez has time and plays up tempo he is a very underrated passer. Aside from last week you don't have a ton of sacks. I think you guys need a couple big plays early. We haven't been good on the road this year
Defense brought in the viewers for Bama and LSU didn't it?
I assume you are being funny since a lot of people complained about how boring that game was and the casual fan did not watch it.
I want to unleash shit on somebody after that game.
Probably the ref who flagged Adams.
Looks like they were right.

It is ALWAYS a great day to be a Spartan!!!!
They had 200 yds of rushing in the 1st half
I have an MBA...Master at Being Amazing
Its very tough to stop any decent program that makes its money running the ball. Those teams are going to get their yards, just have to contain it between the 20's.
Bo Pelini isn't a defensive yardage stat guy, he is a red zone guy (doesn't seem to matter as we give up points to everyone)
but his thought is they can get all the yards they want between the 20's, it really only matter in the red zone.
This is quite true, scoring defense and rezone defense are the stapple of any great D.
