I don't care what the hipsters say.
Try the Lebanese breadsticks. A great Lansing/EL tradition. Wet burritos are good too.
And, they have hot waitresses.
And, Jimmy is a Spartan.
$1 off burgers tonight.
So why don't you marry it?

It's a Fata bar. I'm out.
Bro, cool story, bro, brah!
You say that like a Michigan guy owns it.
Jimmy's a Spartan and a good guy.
There was a time in the 80's they owned half the bars in town. I'm just not a fan although I have been in Jimmy's before they moved and it was nice.
I'm more of a Lebanese burrito and wet breadstick guy myself (if you get my drift )
So if I have this right, you don't like snobs and are a snob about it.
Bob for someone who seems like they deem themselves a 'free spirit', you come off as extremely condescending to those who don't think and act exactly like you. You dirty hippy.
Knibb High football rules
Wasn't that the place by Frandor with an English theme but no English beer, food, anything? Full of weird Groesback Catholics hiding from thier wives?

The 80's? Well...I mean as long as you're not clinging to the past...
You got it in for the Coscarelli's too?
I'll cut you some slack since you're West LA.
Go see Mike at the Westgate for some pizza.
C'mon dude. It's Lansing/EL. How many snobs could there possibly be?
No offense to any real snobs of course.
Now I liked that place until he decided to open the sports bar.
and BTW - are they related?
Lebanese breadsticks are an East Lansing tradition?
Is this why NigelUno was ripping on Hopcat?
Come on down to Jimmy's Pub ..... It's all good!
Boys, I may not know much, but I know chicken shit from chicken salad. -- Lyndon Johnson
In a global kind of way.
I'm mostly giving BobbySak some crap. He started a poorly worded thread (which has been deleted), in which he took snobbery to new and previously unseen levels.
Jimmy's pub was way better when it was a smoke filled shithole in frandor. Anyone remember Lana, a waitress like 8 years ago, great set it tits.
I still go to Jimmy’s from time to time. And I’ll admit the wait staff in the past has been phenomenal, but lately they look like they might appeal more to Forbin.
That is about all I remember. We use to go there after golf. Why is it Lou and Harry's and Jimmy's moved to Chandler? They lost some of their passion and appeal when they did that.
Air and Space?
The passion and appeal of Frandor?
Speaking of Frandor bars...what is Trippers like. I never went there.
BobbySak loves Trippers.
In all seriousness, the decline of western EL civilization began when the Boom Boom Room closed.
