Anyone ever lived downtown (apts above taco bell, neds, etc) during their time in EL? Any recommendations? Horror stories?
I'm looking for a 1 bedroom apartment licensed for 2 people.
This topic may have been brought up before, but IDGAFIAP
I need names of apartment complexes, condos, whatever. TIA
A guy I knew lived above Beggar's. It was surprisingly quiet on a Friday at midnight.
Behold the walls of Sparta: 10000 men and every one a brick.

That guy never picks up his phone. Called him and left messages for weeks.
My girlfriend lives above taco bell. Really nice apartments, but very expensive.
I lived in "downtown" EL. It was a ton of fun. Do it if you can. It's a great time. The only thing that really sucks is parking and maybe if you don't like to party because it gets loud.
I watched a really old guy fall down the staircase at the place above T Bell and they had to call an ambulance with a stretcher and everything. Dude shit his pants too. Not gonna lie, he might have croaked from it but I never found out for sure.
Don't know if that falls under 'recommendation' or 'horror story'
