I have posted before about the ex and her alcoholism. Prior Cliff Notes version.... Due to heavy drinking, lost custody of kids to me. She jumped thru hoops with rehab and therapy. Earned custody back. Fell off wagon hard three months later. I now have 100% custody again. Checked into detox after blowing a 0.45. Two weeks later, crashed her Trailblazer while at a 0.29. Hello DUI, goodbye 10 grand.
As part of my ex-wife's legal deals with the Ho Chi Minh District Court, one of the things she has to do is random drops. She has to call a number every morning to see if she has to go in and pee in a coup. At this stage, it ends up being 2 or 3 times a week with one of the days being a Saturday or Sunday.
One day a test showed up positive for marijuana. She was like WTF? She hasn't smoked pot in over 20 years. And since she has lack of child custody issues, she was in a major panic. I figured she may go down the tubes for vodka. But not pot.
Well the subsequent follow-up test was negative. Although she was stressing out big time for 2 or 3 days. It turns out that there is an ingedient in Alleve that tends to cause false positives in drug screenings for marijuana. So if you take Alleve on a regular basis, be aware.
Holy shit....0.45? Isn't that enough to kill a lot of people?
Don't worry now that Oscumba is president no one will care if you're on drugs and shit.
But what would Jesus think?
I don't know what this means, but I assume it's a trigger to shoot this over to Wells. If Wells is running.
If she's putting crooked numbers like that on the BAC scoreboard is she really gonna remember if she smoked?
I am gravely disappointed. Again you have made me unleash my dogs of war.
I swear i never did it - Lance Armstrong and a host of others.
She has to take random drops for alcohol and has been doing so for several weeks. She has been sober since Christmas Day. (She was too drunk Christmas morning to be with her kids.) So when she was back in her 0.40 days, she couldn't remember begging me to renew our marital relations. But I promise you that is she smoked a Bob Marley cigaraette since the New Year, she would remember it.
sounds like a hell of a way to weasel out of a legit positive test for THC.

Your wife is quite the party animal when on Aleve
I just checked with a crim defense lawyer who said drug screenings are notorious for showing false positives from lots of things--not just Aleve. That's why the questionable sample is then sent out to a lab for full analysis.
Outside of a dog, a book is man's best friend. Inside of a dog, it's too dark to read. - Groucho Marx
Is this timeline correct?:
Lost custody of children because of alcohol abuse
Falls of wagon, blows a .45
Falls off wagon, drunk driving arrest, .29 BAC level
If so, she has absolutely no business having custody of children. Any visits she does get should be supervised by an adult that is not of her choosing. Custody shouldn't even be discussed for at least a few years, and even then needs to be closely watched.
As long as she is subject to random screenings, (a failed test can send her to jail for up to 180 days in Washtenaw County for her DUI case), I do not have an issue with her being with the kids. I know she will stay sober.
What my concern is is that one day, after the legal cases are settled, and Big Brother won't be watching her pee or doing anything to make sure she stays sober, that it will be all up to her own will, THAT is when I will worry and be quick to act if things go awry. In the meantime, I have my case to grant me permanent full custody once her cases are done already in the pipeline.
But don't worry. You and rush can still be loads of lard popping Vicodin like popcorn.
