10-0 and #3 means what, exactly?
"If you're worried about Wolverine fans, just move to Pasadena. You'll never have to deal with 'em."
You know what's crazy? Tom Izzo has never gone 5 years without playing in a final four.
We will find out by actually playing each other. Then the better team will be known. In the meantime, gargle bleach.
Why don't we go ahead and play the Big Ten schedule before you declare "your" school ( tying not to laugh) better than MSU in basketball.
Shouldn't you be on the OSU board talking this smack? Or do you only care about how well you're doing in regards to State?
You printing t-shirts?
I must be crazy to be in a loony bin like this.
The irony is lost on you.
So who are you guys playing tonight then?
You guys have also played a DII school, so your argument cancels out, moron.
"RCMB: You will never find a more wretched hive of scum and villainry." - some dude from MgoBlog
Which seems to occur every, oh, 22 years or so. Congrats and, assuming you're right this year — no lock at all — we'll see you again in 2035.
"We", eh? What year did you graduate UMAA?
Anyone. Anyplace. Anytime.
You should probably look up why slippery rock is relevant to Michigan. I assure you they weren't just put on the schedule just to be on the schedule
Oh this thread is still going on.
I didn't say MSU has played an easy schedule, moron. It's fun to call each other names because we are Internet tough guys
that was a 7-10 game in a down year w/ MSU at 18-12 or something like that. we barely made the tourney. and it was in 2004. try again loser
No, it means you've played an easy schedule and started the year over hyped to begin with. you're #3 because you haven't played anyone while the majority of really good teams have gone on the road and played tough teams and have a loss or two. B___ clearly has taken the Boeheim route to success - schedule a bunch of trash before the conference and rarely leave home so you're guaranteed enough wins for the tourney even if you go .500 in conference.
Cool. Are you guys going to hang a banner for it? BTW, we've gone to 2 of the last 4 Final Fours - you don't need to go back 5-10 years.
Maybe we make another Final Four this year, maybe we won't. Maybe you'll lose to another MAC team in the first round, maybe you won't. I guess we'll find out in March.
No it isn't. Michigan has played 1 ranked team. MSU has played 2 ranked teams. Cupcakes are cupcakes. It doesn't matter if their RPI is 102 or 288.

UM hasn't made a Sweet 16 in almost 20 years and you are pumping your chest on the forum of a team who has made the final four 6 times in that span?
Now tell us how UM's storied past of leather helmets will help them next year in football
What is the point of signing on here as a rival? I would drive myself batshit crazy if I hung out on scUM boards. I don't give a shit about what any dumbshit UM bandwagoneer thinks about MSU or UM's schedule. Beilein is a good coach and UM is a good team. Pull up your big girl panties and put away your insecurities. scUM could go to 50 straight Final Fours and their fanbase would still be anchored dow. by insecure lower middle class douchebags.

And I'll tell you about how Izzo, a top three coach in the nation who statistically makes a final four every 3 years will help us this year.
Living in the past? We're one year removed from a Big Ten Championship, Big Ten tournament championship, a 1 seed in the tourney and Sweet 16 appearance. And only getting to the Sweet 16 meant it was a "down year" for us.
