Anyone else see that? I believe it was Trice's mother who went up into the student section from behind the MSU bench and hauled one of the students out by the arm for the whole student section heckling on the airball. She got escorted back to her seat and then turned around and started giving it to the fans right behind their seats. Unreal, never seen that before.
Any truth to this account?

Let me guess, they have a video from one angle where it looks like this might have been what happened, and now they are going to obsess over it for the next week.
I really hope this is true.
they have a student section?!
Dear Mrs. Trice,
We love you for this!!!
I believe it. Travis strikes me as a kid that's not taking nothing from no one. He has to have gotten that from somewhere.
laconophilia is everywhere...
did she rip one of their heads off and shit down their throat? if not, then what's the big deal?
East Lansing- A Drinking Town with a Football Problem
Did she punch a ginger ?
If this is true in anyway, then I doubt that she went up there just because the kid was saying something about his airball.
And if it happened there must have been something else said besides "airball".
Sounds like whatever student it was, was a little bitch
"If you're worried about Wolverine fans, just move to Pasadena. You'll never have to deal with 'em."
Trice's Mom kicked some Iowa butt? I don't believe it, but 5 years from now one of you guys is going to start a thread about it and several of you are going to claim that you were there and she cold cocked some drunk Iowa student. At least 90% of the board will believe you.
RCMB, everything okay? Nobody has even asked for a pic of Trice's mom.
Must have been a long week...
When it comes to people making fun of other people's kids... nothing that a parent does or that a student section does would surprise me. If something did happen, I HIGHLY doubt it was over an airball chant.
That's a great thread
"Their whole group's demeanor was pathetic and "thuggish." I saw a guy fingering the student section"
Stay classy Iowa and Wash your face!
They say thug, they mean the n-word.
"...whoever the black guy was down there doing some sort of hand gestures I will never be able to figure out."
It looks like the Izzone has actual credibility from opposing teams and fans. Who knew?
That was vs. Minnesota actually, but same difference.
This. Especially when it is in "quotations."
If you can do a half-assed job of anything, you're a one-eyed man in a kingdom of the blind.

Attempt of murder!
The RCMB...is one of the most awful, alarming, inappropriate, disgusting, and offensive msg boards in the history of the internet.
What bothered me was continuing the airball chant AFTER he made a basket.
"I've attended at least a dozen BB games at Breslin. Our student section looks like a church choir in comparison. Their students can be brutal, picking on players physical flaws (e.g. Acie Earl, Kyle Galloway, Jacob Jaacks, Little Lick, Grandpa Settles) etc. No sympathy from me for the parents of the MSU players"
Surprised whoever was fingering the student section didn't get arrested or at least escorted out. Must have been consensual.
yeah it only took 3 posts in their forum to start calling us all thugs, even a players mom
Apparently none of those white rural losers in Iowa have dealt with an angry black momma
