Mr 5 star Payne is playing like a low level 3 start recruit. Nix is horrendous at every facet of the game. Gauna is a complete stiff. Costello, I think he will be a solid player, but he was going against a guy that cant jump more than 8 inches and looked completely lost.
Kaminski? I know hes redshirting, but hes another six foot eight stiff. Throw in whiffs on Byrd and Kearney, and this bench is horrendous.
Yep. Haven't had a legit big since Davis
Well for starters, Michigan big men are usually way overrated coming out of high school. Michigan ball is awful.
The Sherman kid that transferred to ND is playing OK
Do you think the program should be scraped?
It's development. Izzo wants his bigs to play defense and rebound. Offense is a secondary thought.
Not this shit again.
Well, it's obvious Izzo can't coach. We should fire him with Roushar.
Nίκη για MSU
Did you mean raped or scrapped?
Actually, we should have them switch.
Are you going to provide a counter point, or...?
What's your counter point? He's right: the PF/C positions have been sub-par with the exception of a few guys final years (Naymick/Suton).
Michigan State does not and will not run the 3-4 defense.
Other than Zeller, what team has an all around big in the conference?
People on this board act like the biggest bitches after losses. It's 1 fucking game in November you bunch of pussies.
Draymond Green was okay. He was a power forward.
Anyone. Anyplace. Anytime.
Exactly. Skilled big men who can rebound, defend, and contribute on offense are top 5 recruits and/or one-and-dones. They don't exactly grow on trees.
Players play, tough players win.
Wrong sport but Sims and Izzo did help.
Got a counterpoint, bro?
Different team concepts. Brey has ND playing pretty / wussy basketball. Always has. Sherman doesn't have to be physical as a 4/5 in Brey's system.
Sherman couldn't play the role Izzo expects. He was losing PT to Nix and Payne.
Suton? Green? Morgan?
He was more of a 3/4 and spent most of his time out on the perimeter last year.
