Turbo crust looks like a must. Thanks.
The 3 cheese bread is good. You can get that with turbo crust too. Hot wings Antipasto salad with ranch
Just ordered a square Jet 10 with turbo crust, jet bread with pepperoni, hot wings with bleu cheese dip, and a Greek salad.
ing waiting for delivery
Guy just delivered but he forgot the salad and had to go back. Opened the pizza and it's way overdone. Called to let them know. They're sending another one back with the salad
Any overdone pizza is bad. The Pizza Papalis near me use to routinely overdo thin crust pizza...no wonder that location closed
Can't take this seriously since it was apparent to.everybody you'd made up your mind on it before trying
Jet's is good, but it doesn't touch Mellow Mushroom, bitches.
Hope you enjoyed the delivery guy's semen
Completely disagree, but to each their own!

I know it's too late, but I would not eat that shit. That's why I always pick up, plus the pizza is hotter.

what do you mean you "can't take it seriously"? I said we all liked it and would order it again. For inexpensive pizzas it was very good...but as far as the best pizza I've had or the best pizza in chicago, no, it just isn't.
Dammit. I was considering getting a Hot and Ready for dinner tonight but now I'm craving Jets.
Going with Jets.
Somethings up with the Jets in chicago, its not that good...i've ordered twice now and the turbo stix are always awesome, but the 8 corner just isn't up to par even with the turbo crust. At this time, back to the Little Caesars for me.
I've had great pizza delivered from one Jets near me. In cold weather, why would pizza you pick up be hotter than ones deliver in an insulated bag?
I have 3 Jets within delivery range. One of them I have never tried. The second one I've been going to for maybe 15 years...great pizza whether I picked it up or had it delivered but I've noticed them skimping on toppings a little the last couple years.
The third is the one that delivered yesterday. Just started patronizing it in the last 6 months because it was on my way home from work...convenient pick up. Great pizza with more toppings than the second Jets. Yesterday was the first time I ordered delivery. They screwed it up pretty bad. Even the second pizza was a little overdone. The wings were a little overdone too, and didn't look like a pound like advertised.
I'm gonna go back to ordering from the second Jets...Rochester & Long Lake, in case anyone in the area is curious.
This is my one problem with Jet's. The pizza can vary quite differently between locations. My closest location has really been skimping on cheese for awhile now. I hate having to order extra cheese just to get it like I always used to get it normally.
What?!?! How have I never seen this before? Next time for sure.
I think the cajun crust is MUCH better than turbo. But I guess it's just a matter of preference. If you like spicy, cajun is the way to go.
It's something Jets needs to start paying attention to. Being within 5 miles of the original location at 14 & Ryan and their headquarters at 16 & Mound, I'm starting to wonder who owns and manages the franchises in the area.
Consistency from store-to-store is a big deal...especially when charging $$$. Yesterday:
(1) large Jet 10 with a coupon ($3 off)
(1) large Jet bread with pepperoni
(1) # hot wings (they use to offer 2# of wings at a discounted rate...now, if you want 2#, they're both at the 1# rate)
(1) medium salad
(2) ranch dressing for the Jet bread
(2) bleu cheese dressing packets (Kraft) for the salad
The total, including 6% state tax and $3 delivery fee, was over $47. Tipped the delivery guy that forgot the salad $5 before he went back to get it...pretty sure there was no semen on it.
In my end, I paid over $52 for one fucked-up pizza that went in the trash, one large marginally edible pizza, a half pound of hot wings, a decent Greek salad, and a good pepperoni bread.
Rethinking, I'm gonna give Jets a timeout for a while...they've earned it. The Gathering Place is a mile from my house and one of my kids works at Alibi. Might even hit the Green Latrine again on my way home from work
whoa, I've never had a Jet's pizza I'd consider overdone. Last few i've gotten have been underdone. They have options for how they're cooked though, so once you figure out how they're done at a certain location you can get it "rarer" or more well done. Nothing more disappointing than an undercooked Detroit pizza. Just doesn't have the same crunch to it.

You can fix an underdone with a stone or cast iron. But when it's overdone, it's done
My girlfriend and I ordered it for the second time last week after watching the packers playoff win and another three hours of drinking.
