Ouch. UMs best defensive player heading into the year.
sucks.. big blow for UM's D..
hope he recovers.. already used his redshirt too..
Just got a text about it from an OSU friend and came here to confirm, because ANYTHING to do with Michigan ends up here.
Bad news for them.
Bummer. For them. Dude was pretty good.
Remind yourself. Nobody built like you, you design yourself.
An All Big Ten linebacker. In all fairness Countess is probably our best defensive player. This injury blows though
Is "Countess" the same person as Jake Ryan?
Sorry, I'm not up to speed on the UM defensive roster.
hopefully he gets well soon.
never like to see college kids get hurt

Here in just over 2 minutes, good response time.
Anyone. Anyplace. Anytime.
yikes. he's a guy that i wanted on the field when we play them and beat em next year
Bad news - I wish him the best for a speedy recovery.
What year is he? I guess a medical redshirt?
Oh shut up Bob, we all know you have UM losing to the jackrabbits.
Does suck, honestly, Jake Ryan was easily the best player on that defense and it wasn't even close, healthy Countess or not. Ryan was all over the field and IMO an AA candidate. It's bigger than if we were to lose Max. Hope he comes back full strength.
RS Junior in the fall
So losing a good defensive player won't hurt bad because you have another good player?
Is that the guy who plead guilty to raping goats or am I thinking of somebody else?
And at a totally diff position. Makes complete sense...
No just trying to stay positive
Crazy thing is we lost Countess to an ACL in the 'Bama game last year. Oh well a part of the game I guess.
Remember how ESPN set that game up for weeks? That was a fun night.
RichRod left the cupboard bare.
The same UM dorks that will use this as an excuse for another mediocre season.
Fabio goes down
It sucks. We've had an almost unbelievable run of offensive line injuries in the last few years. The one positive is it helps you build depth during the time Ryan misses.
