Some of you guys might not like this, but Frisco knows how to design an airport. Very well done. I love Detroit's airport as much as any Detroiter does, but damn...great job, Frisco!
Makes for a nice experience considering my flight was supposed to take off in the morning getting me up here in time for the pac onety-two championship game. The flight didn't take off until 930pm.
Oh well...off to Sanoma now.
Creepy, that means you are 5 mins away from me now
Expect lots of rain up there the next few days. Flooding too. And wine.
Nothing about SFO strikes me as distinctive or particularly well-designed.
Have you tried to get a rental car at the SF airport yet? I flew Delta there this summer and it was a 15 minute walk through parking lots/outside plus a 15 min train ride just to get from my terminal to the rental car agencies.
Ah, insomnia hits again, and I read this post.
Of course my only thought is of the beastie variety.
You gonna fool around in fresno after this?
I suggest you visit San Francisco's bridges.

Draymond Green, Magic Johnson, and Oscar Robertson are the only players to have two triple-doubles in the NCAA Tournament.
Be sure to sample one of their world famous melts while you're there.
I don't care if you drink wine or play Olympic balance beam champion on the bridges. But please stop calling it "Frisco"
Is it true that only jabronis say "Frisco"?
This. OMG!!! They have a sun glass hut!
Maybe the Delta terminal is different, but the United terminal is nothing special.
Frisco, CO? Frisco, TX?
Didn't realize either had an airport. The world is passing me by.
This. I've flown into SFO many times and it's confusing and not well laid out. If you have to drive around while waiting to pick someone up it can be confusing. DTW is far better.
This. We all understand point this point that you call SFO "Frisco."
For some reason I know the police chief of Frisco, Co. I'll ask him about his non existent terminal.
Sanoma? Maybe you can drive down to San Diego and stop in La Hoya.
what about kalibassass?
I fly United too. Maybe the rest of the airport is distinctive.
I fly ~50 segments a year for work and live out West; so I've been through SFO dozens of times. But when I read this post I had to think hard to remember anything about SFO - anything at all. It's just an airport.
I quit smoking years ago, and the only time I let myself smoke cigarettes are on days I'm traveling. So I tend to remember the airports that still have smoking lounges: Denver; Miami International; Washington Dulles.
You have to have Rice-A-Roni. The San Francisco treat, don't ya know.
After sampling the selection of meat in the Tenderloin district.

hmmm me too
Yes... Call it "The City" or "San Francisco"
Or, if he has a passport, he can go watch a donkey show in Tee-Oooooh-Wanna...
It's just across the border.
