Bell said teams told him they unofficially timed him in the high 4.4 to low 4.5 range. His combine unofficial time was a 4.52.
I'd really like to see him go to the Broncos. That team could do a lot with an RB who can force safeties off zones and into the box.
That and Atlanta were where I really wanted to see him go, before Atlanta got Jackson.

Uhh, that isn't being elusive, that's being hard to tackle. When did you see him juke somebody?

Did you ever watch Bell play?
You serious, Clark?
"RCMB: You will never find a more wretched hive of scum and villainry." - some dude from MgoBlog
Alright, I just remembered his double spin move vs Minnesota, and will take the "not elusive" back completely. Guess I was just thinking about the fact that he got more than half his yards either carrying peeps or knocking them on their asses and forgot about his moves.

ESPN's draft guys suck. Word is the actual scouts have Le'veon as a top three back.
Even by your standards....
"losing Caleb Benenoch is a blow that Dantonio will never recover from. Izzo has lost it as well. Hoke and Beilein own the state."
Yeah, how awful it would be to play with a Super Bowl winner/future hall of famer and a 5-time pro bowler.
He was one of the top RB performers in the combine.
Hey boss, those weren't my comments.
Right? Has this guy ever watched MSU football?
Look at this slow, non-elusive, straight-line runner:
Seems like the young freshman Jones is a little nervous about direct contact from LeVeon? Oh, yea! He remembers being knocked the F down a few plays earlier. It hurt. It really hurt.
Of course he does! How could he call for Dantonio's, Narduzzi's, Warner's, (fill in coach here), heads unless he watched the game? His keen eye for the game has also told him Izzo is on the chopping block.
Bell ran faster than expected at the combine 4.60. The question on that is can he gain the weight back he lost and maintain it. I think he will be fine on a good team.
WTF? Almost everyone is predicting Le'Veon Bell to go in the 2nd round or early in the 3rd.
What the shit? He juked the socks out of a bunch of defensive players in his time at MSU. He also has the best spin move I've ever seen out of a MSU running back.
Bell is a slower Adrian Peterson. He is a steal in the 2nd
"McGahee has two years remaining on his contract, but the Broncos believe he's showing some wear and tear at this point in his career. He'll turn 32 during the upcoming season. They see him as a complementary back at this point and that they'll actually get more production from him if they can trim his carries some.
"But they want a big back to do that. And with the proliferation of spread offenses in college football, there is a bevy of 190-- to 205-pound backs in the drafts with fewer big guys who possess quality run skills to be found.
"However, Michigan State's Le'Veon Bell, a 230-pounder who led the Big Ten in rushing as a junior this past season, is high on the Broncos' list. The Broncos are one of several teams to have had a private workout with Bell in recent weeks."
Todays Jeff Legwold.
Thank you, Denicos.
I really believe that: because as McCarthy of Green Bay said, he's a THREE down back. Pretty rare in this day and age: he has the whole package, minus breakaway speed: great value mid 2nd-mid 3rd which is where he'll go IMHO
