Do the NFLPA's bylaws cover these guys? They're not actually members of the NFL yet.
This is a Pallas’s cat. Their round pupils give them an odd human quality. They disturb me...deeply.
They are in essence "applying" for jobs with these team, so yes the hiring practices covered in the CBA would apply.
Its a bit of a gray area as I am not sure they are technically "players" covered by the CBA and members of the NFLPA yet, but the teams still need to operate under these conditions when making their hiring decisions.
Kind of like saying - we didn't hire this kid from college into Ford so we couldn't have violated the CBA because they were never covered.
Edit: I just read the intro the the CBA - and technically these kids aren't covered until drafted or until undrafted kids begin negotiations with a team. The CBA however still sets the precedent in which the teams need to operate in their hiring practices and I don't think it would stand up that they were not in violation.

whether or not he likes being tackled may affect his production...
Yeah, because gay men can't be competitive. Shut up and go away, troll.
You might want to look up definition of the word "may"... just a thought...
Says the guy who probably has a GED...
fixed it for ya
Bell should've said, "I do like girls. Your mom and your sister come readily to mind."
Wow, the trolls are really flocking to this thread.
yes his answer matters
'yes', 'no', 'would it matter if I did?' - all acceptable answers
'fuck you, im no homo' - not an acceptable answer for many reasons, one being that this isn't like a real job. If a dude flies off the handle at a simple question, what do you think the opposing player lined up across from him is going to be saying? Now you're paying some hot headed dumb-ass millions of dollars and all you have to do to get him off his game is talk about being gay.
Behold the walls of Sparta: 10000 men and every one a brick.
I know you are mad about your loss, but I don't think trollinf our baord will bring you the happiness you desperately seek.
I wonder if someone said "no mo"
I smell a class action lawsuit being put together.
The only really correct answer is: "you do realize this question is illegal and the NFL will initiate disciplinary action against you personally and this organization if they knew about it?"
Well maybe he shouldn't have had such a tight end.
really? you smell it?
I don't always upvote VargMan....oh wait, yes I do
