God, talk about terrible clock management.
Top 16 and ahead of a conference winner (Big East)
"mid-major" in the top 16 and ahead of the top Big East team. is an auto spot
or something like that.

Kent State needs to start with a TD. FG and this is ova. NIU will run Lynch up the middle 4 out of every 5 plays in OT.

You know what would be sweet? If Kent State did helmet stickers! Would really look great!

They might go to a BCS game because they would be top-16 if UCLA loses and because they will finish higher than Louisville, the worst AQ team. The highest non-BCS team in this situation will probably go, so it would could be Boise State or NIU (if they win, obviously).

Kent is virtually guaranteed a spot in Orange Bowl against Oklahoma if they win this. NIU would need some help.
what an awful spot
They need help from Stanford, too.
Thank Christ for review.. what an awful spot that was. Literally three yards off.
why do refs suck at their jobs so much?
Kent would play Florida State. Oklahoma would be out of the BCS.
Wouldn't they be knocking Oklahoma out of the BCS?
and they still need UCLA to lose

so they would replace Louisville?
If a mid major championship finsihes in the top 16 AND ahead of a conference winner, they go to a BCS bowl.
Louisville will not jump KSU, and there's a chance Wisky and GT also win their CCG.
The orange bowl has the final selection, so you would see FSU/GT v Kent St, and likely KSU v Louisville.
A reverse to the Tight End on the 5..... holy shit.
My god....that play could have been amazing, but now it looks awful.
double reverse to the walkon fullback! Brilliant!
WTF was that?
reverse to a TE on 3rd and 1
I don't think Kent State knows what a playaction pass is..
That was Roushar-esque play calling.
Would both of these teams beat MSU?
my god that would be two terrible games
can the Kent state D get a stop?
my guess is no
