Anyone know why MSU was not listed on the Nike press release?
Unique, lightweight, sustainable design and innovation provide an edge to premier teams away from home
G O G R E E N
Because MSU's are Pro-Combat not Hyper Elite.
What's the difference? Looks like the same style as the hyper elites
Yeah, I'm not sure why the designs are so similar. They are clearly off of the same design template but there will be a completely different marketing approach. Also, different groups worked on MSU's Pro-Combat and the Hyper Elite.
Would rather see some black jerseys for us, I have always wanted to see that. Never have been a fan of the bronze but that is just me.

L'ville's unis have been orange for a couple of years now. it's bizarre.
I like these for MSU. Sharp and not overdone. keeping it simple is smart
It doesn't have the SpartanTailgate.com logo on it. It can't possibly be legitimate.
Detroit news media
so if these uniforms are from a different marketing approach, does that mean they could be worn at home and not on the road?
No. They are for the road.
These really sound like terms aimed at adolescents. "Hyper elite"??? Let's combine superlative terms that are over the max, make them marketing slogans, and adults will buy them??? Sounds like Power Rangers trademarks to me.
Target market is not adults.
You understand this helps us get 17 year old kids to commit to us, right?
It doesn't matter to you what Nike calls it. Just slap the logo on some new gear and the 40 year old alum will buy it.
What happens after Hyper Elite? Hyper Elite Max? Hyper Elite Superior? Coke Binge Greatness?
They don't do much for me personally. I think it's mostly the screen print logo with no border. Nothing about the uniform really says "special" to me.
Bad day to be away from the RCMB yesterday...
Enough with the faux-Bronze. The team colors are Green and White.
You are making me question if they really are Green and White now, Kwame...
Tough love is in effect here|We won't accept you as you are|Instead, we will show you a vision of what you could be and help you achieve it
so they're real? if they're fake, there's no need to reply to this message.
East Lansing- A Drinking Town with a Football Problem
Wow, this is WAY better. Love the subtle incorporation of the greek design, as well as using white, we can't have jerseys without white on them at all, the bronze is alright with me as long as green and white are both there.
They're real and they're ..... underwhelming.
Our football pro combat uniforms didn't have a stitch of white on them, so keeping the two uniforms similar is cleaner, IMO.
I think this subtle update to the original hyper-elite jersey would look better.
