MSU only has 60% of the talent as scUM?

  • Bumping because basically every article I am reading this morning about the game basically says Michigan needs to match MSU's scrappiness and grit. As if MSU wins on grit alone and Michigan (the implied more talented team) just needs to match that and they can't lose. We've seen 500 Mitch McGary articles this season as if he's some great talent. 300 Nick Stauskus articles and very few articles about the more talented Denzel Valentine. On paper, we are the more talented team, period. I expect a close game, and I expect Michigan to be able to stay with us based on emotion more than talent.
