I think they are pretty awesome
Feb. 16, 2013 - While the Maryland mens basketball team was defeating Duke on Saturday, the entire student section performed flash mob and Harlem Shake rout...
The IZZONE needs to do this tomorrow!
Not as easy for us, as I think partially what makes the Terp students so neat is the sections / different colors. We could and should however start doing a little more creative cheering coordinated with the new sound/video at the Bres.
On a side note, I'm excited that msu will be playing there soon. I think the Comcast is pretty sweet .
We can't even get people to wear one color for a game and you want MSU fans to pull something like this off?
To be fair , White is a pretty obscure color.
Fear the Turtle! WOW that was awesome.
The Izzone better bring it HARD and HEAVY tomorrow. Biggest game of the season for MSU. They were flocking loud on TV vs the skunkbears. The Izzone will set the atmosphere and carry the team if they are as good as last Tuesday. I have been critical of the Izzone, but last week was what the Izzone should always be like.

It appears he has quite a bit of Turtle in him.

We may not have the best crowd in the country (not even Top 10 over the past few years) on average, but for big games, Comcast might just be the best atmosphere out there. Thanks to 6000 students sitting in the best possible seats.

Sparty could get it going at mid court and the students love choreographed dance, would definitely pump them up
Behold the walls of Sparta: 10000 men and every one a brick.
The Turtles bring an impressive student section to the B1G. Wish their basketball and football programs could say the same thing.
Yeah, I'm always impressed with Maryland in big games (Duke, usually). I think moving to the B1G will help add some consistency. Maryland football is ok, but never excited me. I think they're a great addition on the basketball side though.

CSU did the Harlem Shake during a timeout last week when the beat SDSU, and I thought it was really cool to see 3000 kids going crazy during a timeout. They didn't have the 3 or 4 coordinated acts beforehand like Maryland, but still fun to watch.
Definitely think Sparty/Izzone can pull this off.
