I read the news today, oh boy .. ..
About a lucky man who made the grade
Pretty sure he's not going to play for Mike Leach either.
Is this guy related to Reggie Williams?

I love it when someone leaves a turd in the punch bowl on the way out the door. It's good entertainment for the rest of us.
But...he'll realize that it has much less effect and is much less memorable than he imagined. By the time the Gophers are done with their stretching at Monday's practice, AJ will be forgotten. Quitting in protest only changes reality for the person leaving, no matter how grandiose they imagine the impact will be.
I meant good luck playing somewhere.
If you want to quit...quit. Just means more playing time for some other kid.
But the letter is over the top. He'll be lucky to play at an NAIA school next year.
He was afraid Coach Kill would bad-mouth him to the coaching brethren, so he decided to do it himself.
Thank you, Denicos.
Can he catch? Transfer to MSU!
The moment is eternal
There's playing time in MSU's receiver corps.
As far as the letter goes, WOW sums it up pretty well
Have to agree with NigelUno though, I don't think a lot of FBS coaches will be overly excited to offer a kid who's willing to publicly rip a school like this a spot on their team. Scholarship or Walk-on.
You win the thread..... talk about "open" positions next year.
Sounds whiny and coddled - I'm sure his next coach will love the high maintenance.
What a pussy. Take the reality of the situation like a man and STFU.You wouldn't be stepping foot on a college campus if you couldn't play football. Go play at Assfuck St. next year.
I don't know, this has serious viral potential. I think it will be picked up in this week's news cycle. Minny will undoubtedly defend its coach and say it is not the whole story, and try to weather the media coverage without having to explain further.
Obviously he wasn't a superstar but there's still some meaning here and it absolutely will not be forgotten as quickly as you think.
At least Kill's players were succeeding academically. That was a very well written piece. Probably in the top 95% as far as D1 football players are concerned.
Very surprising to read some of that (and of course it's only one side of the story) but I wouldn't have pictured much of that from Kill.
What the hell?
Too long, quit reading. Kill sounds like an asshole. Dude sounds like a puss. No one wins.
What an intelligent and well-thought-out response
Holy shit, what a drama queen.
"RCMB: You will never find a more wretched hive of scum and villainry." - some dude from MgoBlog
Listen, I'm the first to advocate not dropping a shit bomb on the way out the door BUT having played for a coach that was fired and did some of this same crap I would bet there is some truth to what he's saying. To what extent who knows but I can't believe it was just made up in his head. Now it could be that Kill just had it in for him because he's " a problem" and his treatment is exaggerated and justified. Be interesting to watch the reactions over the next few weeks.
no, there's not
we are like 8 deep at wr with more on the way
We've got depth. We've got numbers.
I felt like I was reading one of rocky's write ups.
hoke- to alter or manipulate so as to give a deceptively or superficially improved quality or value.
But there are some truly awful people out there as coaches, teachers, bosses, pastors, etc. who abuse people under them. If no one speaks up, the abuse continues.
If I were a coach, I would have no problem giving him a look.
But then I've had to leave some bad situations before so I tend to believe the victim.
