Facebook Data Provide The Most Accurate NFL Fandom Map Ever Created
It's long been a dream of mankind to put together a map showing the geographic locations of NFL fanbases. The CommonCensus map tried to do it though polling; we took a crack at one based solely on proximity. But all previous efforts have been self-selecting or otherwise flawed. If only there was a massive database of millions of Americans identifying their favorite teams, with precise geographic information included.

So...there aren't any Jets fans out there?
I have a hard time believing that
Damn, Denver looks more like "America's Team" than Dallas.
Thank you, Denicos.
Oh, they're there, stuck between Steelers fans and Giants fans.
There's tons of Jets fans in upstate new York. This map is crap. There are fans of almost every team in every county.

Pittsburgh can stake a claim as much as anybody.
Based on this map, there are only 2 or 3 counties in the whole country where the majority of people are Jets fans.
I'd be willing to bet there a counties in the Lower Peninsula where there are more Bears and Packers fans than Lions fans.
Whole UP is Green Bay
Those are Eagles fans. Eastern PA and South Jersey.
I don't buy Toledo being a Steelers area.
being color blind sucks
So does Miami!
I don't buy Hawaii being one either...When I lived there it was a smattering of Dallas, whatever team was in LA, and the 49ers. This was also when games started at noon so in Hawaii you had to be up by 6am to watch games

More like Wyoming's team.
The Bengals have more Samoans...
If nothing else this explains why Nebraska fans travel so well.
You can never have too many Samoans on your team. Unless one of them's dead, of course.
You have to zoom in. There is a little dot of green on Long Island.

Get off my lawn.
Funny. All I hear on ESPN is about the Jets. Someone send this to Bristol so they know no one cares now.
I live just north of toledo...it is.
