Do their renovations include bullet proof glass?
The less dtn, the better.
Stainless appliances and high-grade cabinets in a student rental? What a waste of money.
DTN has a zilly other complexes and houses anyway.
What is that, a Titleist? A hole in one...
I thought the same thing. What student is actually going to want to pay extra for those amenities? The location of Chandler already sucks and it's expensive.
Who would pay a hundred mil for that place?
Ummmm.. DTN never controlled Chandlers
That works out to what... a buck fifty per square foot of jizz stained carpet?
