"You make sure when you come, you got a little blood in your eye, a little blood in your eye, a little fire in your belly. We there yet?"
Hmmm. Only did take out once during my time, don't remember the pizza being that great there (99-03)
As for pizza, we had Gumbys once a week in the line, good stuff. However, we had a line cook who could whip up some wicked BBQ pork pizza when they allowed him to do it.
Does Charles still make the omelettes in Holden Hall? He's the nice white trash guy who wears a Duke starter jacket. He made killer omelettes.
Wisconsin Cheezy Chicken
tRCMB user SpartanNachos
He loved that shit so much he wrote a letter to the editor @ the State News about...Fucking classic

Do you recall what year he did that?
Chicken bowls and holiday dinners
Onion Petals + Tiger Sauce
Rotini + Velveeta
Wisconsin Cheesy Chicken
Case Omelette + Quesadilla bar
Wonders Burger Bar
Wonders Dairy Store Ice Cream
Wilson Late Night Pizza
Seasoned Diced Potatoes
There are 2 holiday dinners that stand out for me:
99: we had rack of lamb in Wonders. I ate an entire rack .
03: Had White Castle brought in from the only Lansing location. I ate 20 of those bad boys.
The Wonders little Burger cafe / chicken sandwich line was great
Holiday dinner this year was bacon-wrapped filet mignon and crab cakes...'twas amazing
The chocolate milk. Ice cold and amazing.
Those cookies on football game days
Philly cheesesteak in Snyder-Phillips remodeled cafeteria
Crepes Station in Case (especially the banana foster)
Biscuits with sausage gravy
Fried Clams, LOCK IT!
Wet Burritos in South Complex, mmmmmm
The special dinner in the special cafe in Holden Hall...Once a year our floor would be hosted for a special meal.
the hot wing zings... my plate would be a foot high of bones when i was done
Todays dorm cafe's are NOTHING like when we were there... There are stations that are better than ANY fast food place you could want.
Pizza (Sabarro, Georgios style)
American (basically Subway, McDonalds, Burger King, Arbys, Chick-fil-a)
Mexican burritos, tacos (Q'doba, Pancheros, Chipotle)
Ice Cream hard and soft (ColdStone, Dairy Store, Baskin Robbins, etc)
You cant think of something that you could order (exception is Mennas which is pretty custom) that you couldn't get in the cafe now. It really is amazing.

We had crablegs at Hubbard once. We were asked to leave due to eating too many.
Anyone. Anyplace. Anytime.
Not a got damned thing.
Knibb High football rules
I used to like the chimichangas. Also the make-your-own waffles for Sunday breakfast. Pizza subs not so much.
I hate Illinois Nazis.
Those were the absolute best, the man made fantastic omelettes. +1
I used to search online when a cafe would do crab legs. A cafeteria did that about every 2 months or so.
