for new OC? I like it. Rousher can be under Pat's wing.
Rousharded needs to go be under the wing of a chicken or something.
Posting member of tRCMB since 1997.
It is ALWAYS a great day to be a Spartan!!!!
Dantonio's daughter just tweeted Shurmur's daughter.
Not about anything MSU related though.
bro....I like you, I really do, but stop following Coach D's daughter on twitter. He finds out.....that's right: you gone. But seriously, it is a lil' creepy
I have no shame.
dude...please stop: he's going to go from a HEAD coach in the NFL to replacing Rousharded who makes roughly 350k per? NO...........just no. Plus, and read CLOSELY here: da lil' birdy is safely tucked unfortunately. HE isn't going ANYWHERE.

Completely original idea that I haven't read in 17 other threads. Thanks.
I follow his youngest daughter (but not on Twitter).
Not sure if serious, but if it is, probably the creepiest thing I've come across in the 15+ years I've been reading tRCMB.

I think he's the same guy that had her picture in his signature for a while. Plus her Twitter is private too, so you would have had to send her a friend request too
I am sure that Shurmer will take a bottom-of-the-big ten OC salary to coach MSU.
Pat Shurmur will be an OC next season but not at MSU. Somewhere in the NFL.
If he never recruited before I would pass.
Iggy, is that you?

Young guy with NFL head coaching experience...would be a hit with recruits.
I AM KIND, SMART, POWERFUL, BEAUTIFUL, TERRIFIC, AND TREMENDOUS
That's fucked up man.
This is the perfect example of things you keep to yourself.
Shurmer was a solid but not spectacular recruiter here under Saban. I can't imagine his heart would truly be in it if he were to come back to college after being in the pros for so long. However I do think he would be an improvement over Roushart in recruiting but that doesn't say much.
I don't even think that Roushar is going to get fired anytime soon...he is tucked under Dantonio's wing. Next year will be the year Roushar will have to prove himself. We all wanted Narduzzi gone after the way the defense played in 2009.
And you know this because why?
hell yeah man: it is ON next year.....the spotlight will be bright and he will have to come through. FTR, I was squarely in Narduzzi's corner as I said it was a talent issue: I'd say a good number of guys in here felt the same. (tanner and the lunatic fringe nothwithstanding)
But I must say that comparing Rousharded to Duzzi is painful: just NO comparison there whatsoever. Roushar is older, has been around the block, has MORE talent on O' than Duzzi did at the time on D' too: REMEMBER THIS GUYS......Pat Narduzzi was STILL coaching JLS' defensive recruits in 2009 which is what I pointed out at the time. HOWEVER, lil' tucked birdie that has to have Coach D' stick up for his weak ass has a BUTT load of talent that Coach D' and others have recruited for him. He's pissing it away, plain and simple.
Because he sat in my living room and recruited me for Michigan State. I was also recruited by teams from the SEC and ACC So I was able to meet different coaches from different schools and see their different approaches to recruiting. In my opinion his recruiting pitch put him right in the middle of the pack compared to the other coaches that I dealt with.
any further questions?+1..
