I would the diddling of little boys in the shower could have been interpreted as a hint
The first time MSU basketball aired in France the French surrendered to Tom Izzo just to be safe.
don't care what it says. joepa didn't do enough and deserves to have his legacy be dragged through the mud.

Read the entire report up on espn. NCAA is going to have difficulty defending their actions.
Freeh report is flawed, perhaps fatally.
Nίκη για MSU
Didn't follow it that well but didn't PSU agree to be punished based on what was in the Freeh report? If so what does the NCAA have to defend?
The state is suing them because the NCAA did not follow any valid or legal procedure to penalize PSU and because the NCAA does not have the authority to impose the penalties. Also something about illegally taking State assets. PSU was blackmailed to agree to the penalties.
As to the report this was all based on - read the report. Freeh's work was based on flawed assumptions and just proved his assumptions. Hmmm, not very good investigative technique.
I'll just wait for the courts to figure it out.
It is undisputed that McCreary told Paterno what he saw. After that nobody did a damn thing and Sandusky was still running loose.
You really don't need to dig any deeper than that. PSU royally fucked up.
The RCMB...is one of the most awful, alarming, inappropriate, disgusting, and offensive msg boards in the history of the internet.
Yeah the one guy who did the Paterno family investigation was a former FBI agent who worked on child sex crimes and said Freeh Report was very flawed. He made some compelling arguments like for example Sandusky was a master manipulator and manipulated an entire community not just one person.

The wording that McQueary used with Paterno is disputed. According to Paterno, the AD, and the President, it was described by McQueary as "horsing around" and according to McQueary he told Joe Pa the details.
You mean the President and AD that are currently charged with perjury?
I highly doubt McQueary would have been as freaked out as he was if he just saw "horsing around."
Oh, I believe he saw what he now says he saw. I question whether he described it so graphically back then. Perhaps he feels guilty that he didn't do enough to get his superiors to act on what he saw?
I hope they fight it and tB1G finally steps in and says F you Penn STate, they need us wayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy more now than we need them.
That doesn't make Paterno's inaction any less despicable.
tRCMB - Visit at your own risk of being disgusted.
Except that there were numerous accusations that were ignored.
Curley and Schultz have their trials. See what happens there.
And this report doesn't have the same flawed assumptions? Make no mistake that the people who wrote this report had their conclusion already written before doing one bit of work.
I suppose you know their motivations? Delusional much?
This kind of thinking is how people got burned as witches in this country...
You'll forgive me if I don't buy for one second that the Paterno's went into this saying "dig as deep as you need to even if it further discredits our father/husband and makes him look bad." They paid for this report and I'm sure they wanted them to find evidence that jopa wasn't that bad a dude after all.
No fact, just my opinion based on how that family has acted.
You can't be this naive. This report was paid for by the Paterno family. There was a 0% chance that the report would have a conclusion that made JoePa look bad.
Never said it didn't. Just found it interesting.
Hmmm, glad none of you are judges or lawyers, or scientists.
I'll let the courts take care of it. Since Sandusky has been convicted, maybe they should end the witch hunts. Just a thought.
Edit: Did you take the time to read the report? If not... yea, the usual internet bullshit.

The only people who got the raw deal in this were Sandusky's victims. Everyone else got what they deserved for looking the other way.
You are a disgusting individual, Nucky.
Or if he went to the police when Mcqueary told him he saw Sandusky in the shower with a little boy. It can't be overlooked that Paterno was the most powerful person on campus. He could have ended all of this by never allowing a pedophile access to the university ever again after the first allegations came out.

500k worth your son getting repeatedly raped?! You are sick
Would an 11 year old boy share that same opinion?
