Then it's good Peko isn't coming.
"losing Caleb Benenoch is a blow that Dantonio will never recover from. Izzo has lost it as well. Hoke and Beilein own the state."
And yet Dorsey nailed every single bit of info regarding this recruitment from Day 1..
No EE = no value. Don't have the spots with this class to make those kinds of exceptions even if this kid has a rich MSU family history. If we could take 25 he would have been Green three months ago.
Can we get us some Montravious Adams?
What are you even talking about here? Stop trying to squirm out of the fact that you have 0 idea what you were talking about re: OL recruiting. Peko was in no way, shape or form an OL recruit.
Michigan State does not and will not run the 3-4 defense.
Jeebus, you're an idiot.
I call bullshit. IF he was green, he'd be green. Juco or not, this blows.
That's one theory. Or maybe MSU wanted to wait and see how things unfold with the bowl game, NFL, and that big recruiting visit before taking on more recruits. It's certainly possible MSU has guys higher than Peko on their board for the last remaining slots.
No one knows what MSU is really thinking.
My Whiskey Blog
Don't try logic here, it doesn't work.
MSU just had a 6 - 6 season with a O trained by Roushar. In this case that probably isn't the reason for Peko's decision, or maybe it was MSU's staff's in a way. That said, the O was a ton worse than the talent fielded.
Treadwell was a 4-star recruit. At center.
Pretty funny when they throw something in your face that only flaunts their ignorance.
If you're not on the coaching staff there are probably dozens, even hundreds of plans you're not aware of regarding the football team.
One thing that is very apparent.
You're not very bright.
Ok.. so who are you going to take off scholarship to make room for him? I'd like a name, not some cop out "coaches will make it work" response. The staff is that tight on scholarships right now. When you're that tight, sometimes tough decisions have to be made and you simply have to say "sorry but no". Nice prospect, but the timing is off right now. Early enrollees offer some programs a bit of breathing room in regards to taking JUCO kids. Peko doesn't have that luxury. Notice he's not going to Nebraska either and he raved about that place in every interview he gave.
You don't move scholarships around to make room for a kid that may compete with Knox and Fennell, but will not compete right away with Hoover, Reynolds and Kittredge IMO. I'm not going to act like I know the recruiting board at MSU, but there are other needs.
