Sony has planned an event to "show the future of Playstation" and I guessing that it will most likely involve the reveal of the PS4. I haven't bought a new console since I got my PS2, but I'm definitely interested in seeing what this bad boy looks like.
Sony has just announced a PlayStation-related event for February 20th at 6pm, and it looks like we may be getting a look at the companys next-generation home console. In a tweet, Sony says that...

Interesting, considering they waited to be the last to release a new console 7 years ago.
I'm very curious. With Microsoft and Nintendo having a great share of the market, I wonder if this is Sony's last stand.
If the cost is decent, I might consider. I'll probably just stick with NextXbox and WiiU.
tRCMB - Where MSU fans eat their own.
Nintendo sh@t the bed with the Wii U. Its bombing really bad. You can buy one at any store and the ps3 and wii are outselling it.
The next gen hit is left to Sony and microsoft unless that new company offers something really cheap.
That's all gonna change for the WiiU once the new Smash Bros, Mario Kart (!!!!!) and Mario game hit in the next year or so.
Consoles will be what $500-$600 at release. I'll wait a year. Launch games often have issues
New consoles will only be 6-7 times more powerful than current generation. Lame.
And the PS4 won't play used games, according to one rumor. GameStop stock plummeted
You broke brah?
I live in a far too expensive apartment. Wish me luck in my interview on Monday maybe I can get a job where I can start affording shit.
Very best of luck sir. I was just messing anyway, I've never been able to resist but the first year of sports games always blow.
People still play video games? JK. I got a PS3 5 years ago as a gift. I used to love FIFA and playing college football on dynasty mode. That being said, I don't know how any grown man has time for video games. Life happens. I barely have time to watch MSU hoops.
hoke- to alter or manipulate so as to give a deceptively or superficially improved quality or value.
How much better can the graphics get?
People will buy the PS4 because they will stop making new games for the PS3.
So much better that they will actually get worse.
Good graphics are so mainstream.
and pikmin 3, i might buy one just for pikmin 3!
The first time MSU basketball aired in France the French surrendered to Tom Izzo just to be safe.
Sad that the PS4 is getting rid of Dualshock. So GTA V is going to come out for 360 and PS3 and the new consoles will probably be out by December 2014.
What is that, a Titleist? A hole in one...
Go google epic- next generation graphics demo. Something like that. They wanted to showcase to the hardware manufacturers what could be done. We are not getting that. They want the soft core gamer who use the multimedia features of the machine. The dork fanboys and girls who have carried the industry are not the priority.
