I wear Clark's XTR lite shoes. Super lightweight and are comfortable to wear
Nice... I bit pricey, but nice looking shoes.
I must be crazy to be in a loony bin like this.
I agree with J&M. Also, you can't go wrong with Cole Haan - durable and comfortable. They're pricey, but you can find deals at places like DSW.
Like half of the shoes from Florsheim or Allen Edmonds
I rock these around the office (slightly different color pattern). But I'm a goober and have the fashion sense of a slug.
Rockport Mens Atmore Lace-up: Free UK Shipping and 30-Day Returns on Selected Fashion Items sold or fulfilled by Amazon.
I like those, wouldn't wear them everyday, but they look durable and functional.
Sperry top-siders...you won't regret it.
Sharp, but pricey...
I basically wear jeans and a button down to work almost every day, except for important meetings, presentations, etc. So I need something fairly simple, casual but decent looking.

They're comfortable and I haven't caught people pointing and laughing. That's about all the matters to me.
Take a look at Paraboot. A little expensive but very nice non-dress shoes that would be appropriate for work.

Thanks for all the suggestions, you guys.
I highly recommend Keen's.
Shoes are one article of clothing/attire that it's bestnot to skrimp on. Keen's are a little pricier than your typical shoes, but they're extremely comfortable and stylish. Great casual shoes to wear to work (and they last a long time).
These from AE:
Bruce - Bicycle-toe Lace-up Casual Mens Shoes by Allen Edmonds. From the Rough Collection. Leather Sole. Eligible for Recrafting. Made in USA.
Sharp. Looking for something a little less dressy. Something that can take a little abuse and won't need much maintanence. I've got several pairs of nice dress shoes, and now several pair of beat up casuals. Need some new casuals. Thanks!
This. I have the Helsinkis in brown and I love them. Excellent and very comfy.

Have had a pair of brown Timberland oxfords for about 6 months. Most comfortable shoes I've ever worn, beside tennis shoes. Excellent leather...haven't put anything on them and they still look close to new even though I wear them almost every day and spend a lot of time on the shop floor in an industrial environment. Even the soles look almost new. Think they were $80 or $90 at DSW. Whenever these things wear out (which looks like won't be for at least a couple years) I'll definitely buy another pair.
Those look good!
I like those.
I swear that the taste in shoes here is more akin to my 2 year old than an adult. The best suggestions so far are Cole Haan, J and M and Allen Edmonds. Sketchers? Lets be grown up here. Unless you are a Silicon Valley software engineer or the low paid intern for the engineering department you should not be seen in that brand.
The lower priced AE stuff at under $200.00 is the way to go. IMO the Rockport Atmore above is about as ugly as it gets in a casual shoes. Sorry Gomer. Even with jeans I'd look at a full leather upper with a nice one piece sole. Try these:

Most comfortable almost dress shoe I have ever owned. Looks good with jeans, too.
Cole Haan LunarGrand
Duly noted. Good thing IDGAF =)
Curiousity got the best of me and I clicked your link.
Fuck it, Dude, let's go bowling.
