rappers gotta rap
And here I thought Brent Petway showed us that you can be both a successful rapper *AND* athlete.
Awesome life decision. Turns down a full-ride for a one in a thousand shot at making it big in music.
Never before on this board has this quote been used more appropriately. I don't even know how to respond to this information.
Yeah, because the music industry is so lucrative these days.
Kid does have mad skillz tho:
Sweet Baby Jeebus you have to be kidding!!
What a wonderful life decision...
Darnell Autry thinks that is wack.
Nobody plays music while in college.
This kid will be legendary 'round these parts (RCMB) for a LONG time.
I honestly read this and immediately busted out laughing...oh well.
obviously, but here's the thing........I feel like we just dodged a huge bullett. I mean, are you going to tell me this kid would have contributed in ANY way? I saw his film and was mum at the time. Nice quicks but he's a carbon copy of Kings IMO....hey, rap away young man because there is ALWAYS a willing and talented player willing to step up.
.........I really think we got lucky in a bizarre way. His head isn't into football or school so......good luck Jay, you're going to need it. (his parents must be sick) Unless he's the next Tupac
Grades an issue? Either way what a
Countdown for the scUM fans to say some shit about this being because we "Sparty" and shit
This is going to live forever in RCMB lore
As a Michigan fan, I'll still have to tip my hat to you for this one.
This information has me a bit verklempt. I need a moment. Discuss amongst yourselves. I will give you a topic. Brent Petway was successful at neither rapping NOR athletics. Discuss!
I was trying to decide which smiley best fit in this case, but realized that in fact all of them fit...
