There are other categories then points. In fact, some of his most important attributes vs OSU and Sullinger is not a category. INFLUENCE.
What is that, a Titleist? A hole in one...
A solid 7. I think the boys have probably been looking ahead to this one a little bit and will be fired up on Saturday.

Thanks for your input Irish, but I was asking the person who said it what they considered going off.
It's still a home game for us, right?
tight first half, but Spartans win going away, 74-61
"No one cares what you know, until they know how much you care." Mark Dantonio
Amir William stinks. And Ravenel is 6'6".
O.P ... "Their offense is worse than ours" isn't really a ringing endorsement...
Honestly, I don't know how to call this one. We've not played well against average or poor teams, even though we've won. If we play to the level of our competition we have a chance to win, because we do have talent. OSU isn't bad, so playing to their level means we can out-talent them, especially inside. And we have home advantage. That gives me optimism. But the Jekyl / Hyde thing sort of concerns me. I'm just going to sit back, relax and enjoy the game and hope for a Spartan win.
Spartans ...committed to bring Paul Bunyan home in 2013.
8. Bucks had virtually no post game against SCum plus they really have no depth either. They might keep it close with Thomas and their D, but MSU knows how to win the close games...especially at home. Definitely like the Spartans in this one.
"I love March!" - Tom Izzo
Nix is 6' 7.5"
I didn't say he was good, I said he wasn't physically mismatched. PSU and Neb's bigs certainly were. As were PU's other than the big frosh. Williams seems to be spazzing out a lot less in the games I've been watching and is good at protecting the rack... Not a ton different than Payne was early in the year his soph year.
Huge game. Going to be really tough to be "in it" at the end of the year if we don't get this one.

Marriage is like flying with kids, if the flight had 500 connections, never ended, Ted Striker were your pilot and you ate the fish.
But it depends on which OSU team shows up: the team that took a 21 point lead in the first half against UM or the team that gave up a 21 point lead in the 2nd half. Contain Thomas and its a win.
congrats, you just provided the first instance of someone claiming that a player "went off" on another team with intangibles.
Ahem. His floor game was also top-notch. Not sure how you can ignore such a time-honored set of statistics . . .
Michigan State does not and will not run the 3-4 defense.
They built that lead because scUM's freshmen had that deer in the headlight look. When they bought McGary in, scUM had 3 freshmen out there playing D getting lost and OSU took advantage of it. Our freshmen are playing at home. They will not be afraid of OSU. Them being ranked higher than us will also be an incentive for our team to play well.
id say 6 with the way we have been playing... if the crowd can actually bring it then I say we win a 55-53 barn burner, I reserve the right to downgrade my prediction to a 4 if Byrd gets more than 7 minutes.
Your point on the izzone is a good one. If they can make a ton of noise every time Aaron Craft starts humping Appling, Trice, Valentine etc.., then that hack might actually get the calls he deserves and our guards can get more breathing room. At OSU I'd say forget it, our guards will need a can of mace and a rape whistle to avoid what he'll get away with. On the road might be a different story for Craft.

"losing Caleb Benenoch is a blow that Dantonio will never recover from. Izzo has lost it as well. Hoke and Beilein own the state."
10! This is a payback game, everyone will be ready.
The will to succeed is important, but what's more important is the will to prepare.
Not a very popular number in this thread, but I'll go with it as well.

Ill go with an 8.5 We just need to limit Thomas, make the rest of the team try to score against us.
Two but only because we're at home
If Izzone brings it with Beast Mode, eleventy-billion.
If Izzone spends the whole game thumbing out text messages, negative eleventy billion
