I feel like MSU is better than OSU, and a lot better at that. This team has no business losing to OSU right now. Having said that, Appling is in a major funk and its hard to imagine knocking off a top 20 team on the road if he doesn't play better.
Id say about a 6. I think we will probably win. OSU also isn't as tough a place to play as UM Wisky or IU. Their gym has more of a NBA size and feel to it.
10, this team is hungry to shut up the RCMB nancies

A solid 8.
99.7% or within 3 standard deviations.
between 2 and 2.88
8. Sports is often about simple match ups, and OSU doesn't match up well with MSU. But, given that it is at their place and they do have a couple pretty solid players, there is a real-20%-chance they could win.
This one goes to eleven.
I think we win out and get the #2 seed in the Big Ten Tournament. I think OSU has regressed actually since we last played them at the Breslin. I don't see anything from OSU that scares me right now.
I was thinking a bit lower at -7e^(pi*i), but pretty close.
Appling is in a "major funk"?
2. I felt that way before the IU game also.
5. Toss up
5. I think State should win, but they seldom play as well as they're capable of playing. So much largely unrealized potential. If they could just figure out how to bring it strong every game, they could be great.
7. Hopefully we are hungry after letting a huge W slip away at home. 5 days of prep always helps too. Travis getting better is a bonus.
Worried about hangover after this IU loss.
Well, our team is either extremely pissed off and hungry to redeem themselves or they come out a bit deflated from the disappointing game against IU. Either way, OSU is a pretty good team that we only beat by 3 at home. If we can contain Thomas, we have a very good chance but that is easier said than done.
It had been a wonderful evening and what I needed now, to give it the perfect ending, was a little of the Ludwig Van.
Need more than one player to have a good shooting night. If Appling is off again, then we will need Harris, Payne and either Nix or Dawson to make up his point loss. Really thought all that time the kid spent in the gym working on his shot was going to pay off this year. If Appling starts off hitting his shots early, MSU will win. He misses a few like he did against Indiana and his points will be low.
Keeping the sunshiners in check since 2000.
Initially I was going to rip you for your wording, but in the end your overall point is right. Appling has to get off to a good start.
