I keep reading people bitching about being sick and sharing natural remedies on facebook. Coincidentally, these same people speak out against the mind controlling, concentrated mercury vaccination.
"I got the shot once and the entire neighborhood was sick for days."
Here is my remedy:
8 cups water
2 gloves garlic
1 bag black tea
2 tablespoons honey
1 jalapeno pepper
Juice of 1 lime
10 roma tomatoes
1/4 cup diced onion
1/8 chopped cilantro
Pinch of salt
Bag of chips
Pour a glass of water, have your wife make you some salsa for when you feel better, and make yourself some tea if you want it.
A gallon of orange juice.
Sleep and a lot of it. I had the flu last week and was sleeping 18 to 19 hrs a day. Still lacking energy and feel kinda crappy but I can at least go to work.
Wasabi. Injected directly into the taint.
Walk it off.

Get vaccinated every fall.
2 heaping tablespoons of minced garlic, atleast 2 or 3 times in a 24 hour span.
More effective if you can take a nap right after taking.

Walk... to a CVS and get a shot

Pulling, same here....until my cancer doc insisted on me getting one when my WBC was non existent while taking chemo. Lets just say I could have been seriously ill already without it.
about 2ml of naturally killed virus injected into my arm. Works for me every time...

A gallon of water a day keeps the doctor away
I haven't gotten the flu or any kind of sickness really in years. And my wife is in her second year teaching. She's sick every couple weeks. I've never caught anything from her and I take no precautions except drink plenty of water
Take multi vitamins, vit C, drink water, and exercise.....I havent been sick in years
To die in ann arbor is redundant
And keep the colon moving. All important tips.
Wash your damn hands with soap. That's about as natural as it gets.
Be more alpha.
Always get the flu shot, haven't been sick in years.....
Although it might have more to do with having a positive attitude....

That was me until last year. Never had a flu shot in my life, and never had the flu. Last spring I was in the best shape I have been in since my freshman year of college, and I got the flu at the end of April. I pretty much went from the bed to the couch and back for 5 straight days, while feeling like crap the whole time. Every muscle in my body was sore, fever, chills, it even hurt to breathe.
So this past October I got the flu shot for the first time in my life, and I will probably get one from now on. If it keeps me from getting the flu it is more than worth it.
25 pushups, a shot of whiskey, and a BJ. Because I'm a man.
Work pays for the flu shot, so I just have to walk up to the conference room every October when the nurse makes her office call. Pretty painless.
Unfortunately, pic of nurse is not representive of nurse making office calls.

It is ALWAYS a great day to be a Spartan!!!!
Got it right now... first time I've had the flu in many many years. Drinking lots, soaking in the shower and just trying to sleep. Uggg... Favorite meal though is Grilled Cheese w/ Chips and Chicken Noodle Soup.
The vaccine is 60% effective. What they mean by effective is that those receiving the vaccine reduce their risk of going to their doctor or ER for treatment of the flu by 60%. It doesn't mean those people don't actually get the flu.
What we do know is that 3/4 of all flu deaths occur in those over 70. Between 1980 and 2008 flu vaccine rates for those 70 and over increased from 15% to 65% and there was no reduction in flu deaths. The same thing was found in children from 6-23 months.
What all this means is the vaccine may reduce the severity of the flu in up to 60% of the people that receive the vaccine but you will still have the same risk of death with or without it.
The Flu Shot isn't just about keeping you healthy, it's about herd health. A relatively healthy adult can carry the flu virus and spread it without showing symptoms if they don't get the flu shot, getting the flu shot not only will help prevent you from becoming sick, but also from being a carrier and continuing the spread of the flu during the season.
