Triple threat with a side of Mac and Cheese!!! Amazing!
Actually, I think it might be. Not easy to pull that off. I'm pretty much posting at a Big East level today.
F***k Wisconsin, but respect your effort
Don't post poop!
Yay! This topic again!
Afterward, be sure to tell everyone you know that you went to Slow's. I know you are already cool because you post on tRCMB and you let people know you rock Detroit City and all, but you will be super cool after telling everyone you went to Slow's.
Buy a t-shirt, too.
Lower your expectations for the place. It is nowhere close to amazing food. Good, fun and it is what it is.
i ate Slow's for the first time last Memorial Day Weekend when i was home for DEMF. the wyff and i enjoyed it so much, we went back another time before the weekend was out. so effin good. 9/10
I bought some batteries, but they weren't included... so I had to buy them again. What do batteries run on?
We need an update brah! How was Slows Brah-BQ?
If you don't like Slows, I don't like you. Simple as that.
And a word to any first-timers out there, whatever they say the wait is when you get there, it will actually be at most (and usually less) half that time. Last time I was there I was told 2.5 hours (seriously?) and it was an hour.
I was there last week and the construction is complete. Waited in line about 45 minutes, but they were telling others an hour and a half not long after we arrived. Highly recommend the BBQ enchilada appetizer, brisket, Mac n cheese and mashed sweet potatoes. Kids love the pulled pork. Ribs were excellent last week, but previous visit they were slightly over cooked. Sauces are average, but the brisket and ribs were so good I didn't add sauce. Definitely the best BBQ I've found in Michigan.
