I'd say losing a close game in the Outback to a universally considered top 10 nationally SEC team and winning a close game in the pizza pizza bowl or whatever bowl MSU won are basically on par with each other. I'm sure had the tables been reversed, you would have advanced this same argument.
At least I got you to make a post without containing a swear word. Baby steps for you my friend. You going to the spring game? Wouldn't mind meeting up with you and settling some scores.

Big 12, TCU. But I guess now close losses are better than wins.
For a guy that was OUT, you sure seem to be in. Obsessed with Little Brother.
How many times did you have to edit that post to make you feel confident about it? Are you challenging me to an internet fight now? Lol what a pathetic loser you are. I'll be at the spring game wearing green, see ya there.
Kind of strange in a thread about Burke and Hardaway going pro, that this long time lurker who just started posting today is instead just rehashing typical Walverine bandwagon themes.
For starters, future NFL kicker Blair Walsh missing a chip shot 42 yard field goal on UGA's first possession in OT. You think MSU had a lot to do with that?
Yeah, that northwestern victory was epic last year. That end over end pass from Devin announced to the world Michigan is back.
Oh, and we lost to Iowa last year. We sucked last year. And yet, you list us in that last second 12-10 no touchdown victory as your marquee victory.
Step back and think about that.
Chip shot 42 yarder lol.
Making kicks is a part of the game, otherwise we'd have beaten you with John Goss in 2005. Using that as an excuse is pretty pathetic.
Oh good, this thread is still happening.
Reading comprehension check
On par with =/= better than.
It is no excuse, it is an example of luck, if that is the term you choose to apply to UM's sweet 16 win over Kansas.
Teams blow 10 point leads in the last 2:30 of basketball games all of the time, too, it is part of the game.
Considering MSU held UGA to zero yards in that possesion in OT, yes.
UM grads treat their bachelor's degrees like a PhD.
This means they think they are the smartest person in the room, they love to hear themselves talk, and they think we are all excited to listen to what they have to say.

Hey remember when you said MSU got "lucky" to win a game because of a missed 42 yard kick? I guess the 30 points in the second half we put up were irrelevant.
I asked him to list uofm's marquee victory and he mentions their loss to SC. he's too screwed up mentally to have a reasonable discussion with. A huge homer and is blinded by his hatred towards MSU.
I never said a damn thing anywhere about UM beating Kansas as being "lucky" but continue to shove words in my mouth if you wish to try and change your insane arguments. Michigan earned that game, fair and square. Just like MSU did with Georgia.
Just because your rival wins you don't have to look like a little kid and shout "LUCKY!!" when it happens
"Completely different? UM bball was 1-1 versus both of the co-champs in hoops last year. MSU lucked out by not having to face the Buckeyes in football during their tri-championship."
And since OSU was playing players that should have been ineligible, it shouldn't have even mattered. Should have come down to MSU and Wisky, and since MSU won the head to head...
"You know how Wisconsin and OSU would have fared in an Alabama matchup that year how? By simulating it on your PS3? That was not one of the national championship Alabama teams; they did not even make a BCS game that season."
Bama suffered a ton of injuries that year, especially along their o-line, and they got fully healthy by the time they played us. Granted, they did not have a championship caliber season, but I don't think anybody would have beaten THAT team THAT day. And it's funny how UM fans rub that in our face when that very same day they suffered a similar ass beating to a program that's the equivalent of Purdue in the SEC.
"RCMB: You will never find a more wretched hive of scum and villainry." - some dude from MgoBlog
Yeah their best win was probably Northwestern. You know, the same game where Gardiner completed an 80 yard hail mary with 10 seconds left off of a deflection. No luck involved there tho, just terrific game planning
So you admit you we're lucky to beat MSU last year because of our missed field goal?
Never once did I say UM had a great or even good season last year. They were bad. Point to where I said they were good.
No that was skill from UM's defense and special teams coach.
Wow, a missed field goal! You just NEVER see that! Especially from a college kid in a clutch situation from 42 yards. I mean, all the stars and moons had to align in order for that to happen!
Never said you were that good cause you weren't. Neither were we. I'm simply saying that your best win against Northwestern was very lucky, a lot more lucky and unlikely than a missed 42 yard FG.
Luck is a part of all sports, youre really illuminating your lack of knowledge by saying stuff like that.
