Who has a better shot to beat Memphis? I've seen St. Mary's a couple times (losses to Gonzaga), but know nothing about MTSU.
Probably St. Mary's has the better (but much slower) team overall than MTSU. Unless they are shooting an astronomical clip from 3, neither team stacks up realistically and will not beat us.
Crawford and Jackson can not be contained.

MTSU is a very balanced team. 10 players who play 10 minutes or more per game. No one averages more than 27 minutes per game. Marcos Knight is probably their best player. He's a guard who isn't afraid of contact and averaged almost 6 rebounds per game (leads the team, but also lead the team in minutes played) even though he's only 6'2". He's not a great shooter, but gets the job done. Ramond Cintron is probably their best shooter. He's a 6' guard who averaged five 3 point attempts per game.
I think St. Mary's wins tonight, but it's actually a game I'm pretty interested in compared to most match-ups in the first four games
And if the good Lord’s willin’,
I’m a keep on chillin’,
refillin’ and flyin’ high
Tim Brando predicted today that not only would MTSU win tonight, but they would take out Memphis.
He mentioned it when they had Western Kentuckys coach on and Western Kentuckys coach said "I think they will too and I wouldn't be surprised if they knocked out Michigan State."
Middle Tennessee is supposedly pretty good from what I have heard but I haven't got a chance to see them play.

What the hell are they smoking?
Spartans ...committed to bring Paul Bunyan home in 2013.
Dellavedova looks like he is wearing cement shoes. Chris Crawford will devour him.
MTSU looks like a deer in the headlights. I really hope we do play them. Not enough talent to match up.
The March Madness Live setup with all the stats live on screen is nice.
Seeing that tourny teams have a .800 win percentage against Memphis this year I wouldn't go talking about they don't have the talent to match up. Sounds like Memphis has a hard time matching up with quality teams.
Memphis fans sure do talk, don't they?
You guys think St. Mary's can beat Memphis?
Picked them in all my brackets Dellavadova has game.
Well, St. Mary's is a pretty good team, but they are a one trick pony with Dellavedova. They are slow, slow, slow, and they have not seen speed like we will put on them defensively. We should be able to score plenty enough with the dribble drive. Tarik Black will not have any trouble with Waldlow and Young offensively.
Dellavedova will be frustrated by the pressure Joe and Chris will put on him and will be lucky to get into double digits scoring.
They will TRY to dictate tempo, but it is not going to work.
See you Saturday...on the court.

You sure about that...Holt is not a bad player. I think Memphis will win but I do not see a blow out.
We will pull away in the second half with our depth. They will be tired.
Saint Mary's will beat Memphis. Dellavedova will be the best player on the court, they will dictate tempo, and frustrate Memphis defensively.
