Would you do it?
Hes not officially on the trading block yet, but reports suggest that both the Boston Celtics and Detroit Pistons are interested in Kings center DeMarcus Cousins, who returned to action Friday night after a two game suspension.
I support any changes in the Pistons roster
In a heartbeat.
He's an idiot. This isn't adding Rasheed to a team of veterans, but adding a cancer to a young team.
Why would the Kings do it? Cousins is one of best centers in the NBA. Who cares if he is a head case
Prince sucks gonna cost at least Monroe to get Cousins

I don't see anything about Prince.
Doesn't mention him by name but the writer mentions the Kings will want a veteran in return and obviously someone with size/ length if they are trading a big.
Never in a million years. That dude is nuts.
No way. The Pistons already have Monroe and Drummond (showing tons of potential). The last thing Detroit needs is an insane player who will inevitably whine about not getting enough minutes and will probably stunt Drummond's development in the process.
Love Drummond but I'm not a huge fan of Monroe. One night he could be really good and the next night he could just be meh. I'd support this trade. I think Cousins is more athletic and can run the floor better on O and D
A man's gotta eat!
Agreed, I rather get Tyreke Evans.
Uhh I'd trade Tayshaun for a bag of Doritos. So to answer your question...yes I would absolutely do it.
I'm not sure I'd trade a trash can for Cousins.
Sadly, I don't trust Dumars to make them.
What about one of those nice metal ones like Oscar the Grouch lives in?
There is zero chance it would be just prince... they would need Monroe or Drummond in the trade. I think whoever gets cousins would have to take Evans also who is an awful team player too.
Yeah but Monroe is sane which gives him an edge on Cousins. I think this is a trade that you'd justify if you were a contender who is one piece short and need to gamble (explains the Boston rumors). Detroit shouldn't be gambling right now.
I love Cousins game but man he is the biggest piece of shit in the league. I would make the trade if it meant getting rid of Charlie V then try and swing Cousins for a 1st round pick. Maybe a three way with Boston.
Pistons get Courtney Lee from Boston (bad contract) and James Johnson (Decent role player) 1st round from SAC and Bos
Celtics get Cousins
SAC get Prince (Vet they want), Sullenger (replacementish for Cousins), Singler (good young player, helps with the 1st rounder)
This lets us get two decent role players, lets are team get a little shittier for now so we can get a better pick this year, and if those two first rounders are for next year we can trade up for one of the top two picks and get a stud. I would also trade Stuckey for anything, maybe to a contender for an expiring contract. Also, with Charlie V, Stuckey and other big contracts off the books you can pick up another solid starter in that offseason. So in two years the lineup could look like this...
PG: Brandon Knight, Will Bynum
SG: Ben McLemore (2013 draft pick, top five), Courtney Lee
SF: Jabari Parker (2014 draft pick, top two)
PF: Jason Maxiell, James Johnson
C: Andre Drummond, Greg Monroe
With cap space you could sign a PF (Derrick Favors?) or even another SF (Deng?). You would also have another draft pick from Stuckey not to mention any 2nd round picks that develop. Give this lineup a year or two and its a Finals contender. Knight, Drummond, McLemore and Parker would be a great lineup not to mention the role players like Monre, Lee, Johnson and Bynum.
Michigan State University is the university of Michigan
No way Knight, Monroe or Drummond would ever be traded unless we somehow ended up with a superstar in a crazy 4 way trade or something. Stuckey, Maxiel's contract and some picks?
This kid prob will end up with the GD Pistons.
This, dude gave Charlie V and Ben Gordon big contracts LOL.
Monroe for Cousins? Love your username, hate this idea. And there is no way that it would cost that much. Also, I am not a fan of having delinquents on a team that is rebuilding. Don't want Cousins.
This will never happen.
Talented big men with bad attitudes and terrible tempers have worked out with the Pistons in the past. Cousins would be a good fit.
