Not really. Rick didn't want someone plotting to kick his group out of the prison.
Cpr to a dead guy/Carl peacing out to find meds.
So Hershel gets full on bitten in the leg by a walker and he does not turn yet the prisoner dude gets a scratch on his back and Rick insists on him dying because it is only a matter of time before he turns?
Rick cut of Hershel's leg hoping to stop the infection from spreading. And it seemed to work, as Hershel's not a walker. Rick even said he couldn't do anything about the scratch in the back.
Did you not watch the episode? They said they could not save him based on the location of the scratch.
These people get scratches from walkers all the time. Rick had one thrown on top of him tongiht and he did not come out with it with a scratch? I thought if you got bit then died then you will come back a walker. He was not in any danger of dying from his scratch was he?
Move along, Please pay no attention to the giant plot holes and idiotic behavior that occur 2 or 3 times each episode.
He said it was a scratch. The others were not willing to take his word on it.

Let me get this straight. Everyone is a carrier already so why would a bite from a Walker be any different than a bite from anyone else? They're all going to turn anyways whenever they die. Is it simply that their bites are so bacteria riden that survival is impossible?
Doesn't seem consistent to me. Are they saying a bite turns you right away regardless if you die from it?
The theory I've seen are that there are two diseases. There's the disease everyone is carrying that turns you once you're dead. The other disease is the deadly infectious disease that all the walkers are carrying and kills you when you get it.
but the zombie had ripped his arm off and scratched him with the bone, maybe ITS IN THE MARROW.
He basically got stabbed
the guy got shanked by a dirty zombie stub....a bite or severe scratch from a walker is eventually going to turn you into one....how do people not understand how zombies work?
To die in ann arbor is redundant
the disease control guy explained it. If you get bite or scratched by a zombie they crud in them gives you a fever and you die. Then the virus they all have takes over and brings them back to life.
The bite/scratch kills you like the flu.
The virus brings your dead body back to life.
Two separate things, keeping the bacteria out of the blood stream by cutting off his leg stopped it from going to a fever and killing him.
That getting way too close to dying people shit happened in season one too. Andrea was basically making out with her dying sister (?) in season one.
Why don't they learn to stay the fuck away from the dying?
When Lori was giving CPR to Hershel he grabbed her and his eyes look like they were already zombiefied. How did he snap back to being human?
She realized she was french kissing a 70 year old man
"BUZZ" the govenor seems like a good dude!

The Gov is a POS.
This episode is slow, but I guess it is just setting up the rest of the season.
There's a time and a place for everything and it's called college.
Trying to think of a way to defend that move.
Maybe he's just trying to preserve a good guy to girl ratio? Might destabilize the community to have more men than women around.
