There is romance in all of us
I agree, MD and his staff got the job done!
It was pretty bad. Disappointed we didn't see any real improvement from the offense. Going to be a major question mark with Bell gone. Cook does look poised which is a nice step forward. Defense was great. But TCU did blow some wide open shots. Special teams was great, Sadler was a beast, and Conroy hit it when it counted (rather shockingly).
All that said, FUCK YEA. TWO IN A ROW.
Your memory is fucking with you. In Bobby Williams' last year, MSU failed to score in double digits three times. That was pretty miserable. This year was bad offensively, but not that bad. It's up to Dantonio to evaluate the offense, and I'm willing to agree with whatever he thinks is best.
As previously stated
I agree with the 100% on Coach D part.....100% that this team doesn't quit, that is! ..and that is on Coach D, the staff and the players....and clearly not on quitters like the OP for this thread and others of the same quitter mentality. Symptomatic of I want everything and I want it NOW...fostered by a doting mother who still allows them to live at home at age 30 rather than kicking their asses out and make them hoe the tough row.
Yeah, but mom makes a helluva meatloaf.
Bowl games? The offense shit the bed during for an entire half during the season too.
I hope they give Narduzzi a big raise. Without his defense MSU could have been 2-10.

If Dantonio gets the blame than he gets the credit for the victory..goes both ways.
The defensive pressure in the second half was a thing of beauty!
Yep. At the end of the day all that matters is who won. Everything else is bs.
Congrats to the staff and players.
The win was 75% defense 25% offense our defense shut TCU down completely in the 2nd half and kept MSU in the game where the offense could do just enough to win.
Give Nardog another raise he deserves it!

He should get the credit. He wen't with Cook at just the right moment. That was ballsy and the Dantonio we know from 2011.
You are really doing a great job enjoying this win!
We got lucky, and I'm glad we got lucky, but this isn't a very good football team. Poor offensive line, vanilla play calling, and head scratching decisions with the shuffle between Maxwell and Cook (Putting Maxwell in on 3rd down after Cook had been managing the drive really shows great confidence).
But ok, if you want to be content with mediocrity, be my guest, just don't hate those of us that know this team can be better.
Oh whoopee, a "My Spartan Card is Spartier than Your Spartan Card" take
