You know your shit. My wife is from L'Ville. They get more than five snow flakes on the ground and that city shuts the hell down.
Your a retard.
Can also try 7345231181 if that isn't one i listed earlier.
If the package is still in louisville you need to act fast and get it upgraded to go out Saturday morning for a Saturday delivery
We are dealing with this ga right now and are running a ton of drivers Saturday to get stuff delivered. I know have to work a 14 hour shift to accommodate this. It affects us as much as you
4 states of being in the cannabis society ------------
Which one are you??
Yeah, wonderful it happened during peak season...
Do you get paid per package? you probably make a ton of bank this time of year
I pound Amazon Prime. At least a couple thou worth a year. Never had a problem. Regularly order things at 6-7 PM and have them on my porch the next day. Just ordered presents last night for all my family across the nation and expect every one of them to get their gifts by Xmas Eve.
Had one problem once where a frying pan was stolen off my porch. Amazon sent me another one for free overnight.
Here's an idea. Next year, start your online shopping more than a week before Christmas
Yeah on the heels of super Saturday even
What center you work out of?? Classification??

Did not depart from Amazon in Tenn. Looks like it left from Indiana. You are right that it went through Louisville. Strange part is that it appeared to get out of Louisville on time. The delay appears in Romulus. It took less than 2 hrs from departure scan in Louisville to arrival in Romulus, then less than 2 hrs more until it arrived in Livonia. If it arrived in Livonia at 1:05, why is it not at my door 2 miles away within 6 more hours?

Excellent. I called all four numbers. First two were supervisors who weren't there yet, 3rd number was a call in sick number (recording asked for name, shift, area of work, and reason for calling in!), 4th number was a hit. Very helpful guy took about 5 minutes of his time to help out. Tracked package, had to find out if it left or not, and where it was, etc. He is looking to see if it was loaded on a truck yet or not, so he'll call back.
Thanks for the help, msubern!!
PS - Oddly, he said that the package shows arrival in Livonia hub at 4:40 this morning, yet the tracker on the UPS site showed it arrived at 1:30 pm yesterday!??
Do you live in the middle of nowhere? Somewhere that doesn't have daily UPS service normally? A buddy lives in the middle of nowhere in central/southern Illinois and basically UPS told him the delivery truck only goes to his city to make deliveries 3 times a week. If he orders something at the wrong time, it can take 3 days for a 2-day package to be delivered.
That being said, I live in Metro Detroit and abuse the hell out of my Amazon Prime membership (including use of Amazon streaming video). Honestly, this Christmas alone paid for the entire cost of Prime. I've probably have 12 different packages delivered in the last week, all orders placed separately and didn't pay a dime for 2 day shipping. Hell, even two of my things arrived in one day (ordered something at 10 AM Thursday morning and it was on my doorstep when I got home yesterday without paying to upgrade to overnight shipping)

I worked at a UPS distribution center one holiday season when I was in high school. Here's what I can tell you from 13 years ago: Sometimes a truck arrives and just sits for 12 hours before it's unloaded depending upon what's on the truck and what time of day it is. It's dumb, but it happens.
My best guess for you is this. The truck bringing it to Livonia arrived at 1:30 in the afternoon and there's a log of the truck with your package on it arriving in Livonia. The 4:40 AM time is probably when the item was actually unloaded from the truck to get sorted for the actual deliver truck that would bring it to your house. It gets scanned as it's unloaded from the truck and you get that 4:40 time.
Basically, anything on the truck that arrived at 1:30 PM Friday has no chance of being delivered on Friday. There were probably a handful of things on that truck with Saturday delivery. Those are stored in a different part of the truck and were probably unloaded right away. The rest of the truck isn't being delivered until Monday, so there's absolutely no hurry to unload the truck. That all gets a little screwed up with Monday being Christmas Eve and for the most part UPS only delivers 2nd day and Next day air packages on Christmas eve so the drivers can be done by 4 PM, but that's how a truck like that is handled at 1:30 on a Friday afternoon.
Yeah prime has been really clutch for me. Never had a problem. Especially if they use UPS.
I've had Prime for years and will vouch for Amazon, I think they have the best customer service possible. I've NEVER had a bad experience with them and in fact have been surprised many times by their willingness to go beyond to make things right.
I'm sorry to hear you live less than two miles from the ups warehouse in Livonia....
Why? I live on over an acre with a branch of the Bell Creek as my boundary line. There are acres and acres of woods back there. Deer, and other animals are prevalent. It's beautiful, actually.
I'm beginning to wonder about UPS....saw a story on Dateline last night where a guy filmed and busted a UPS driver ripping off his daughter's Ipad that had been delivered earlier by Fed Ex and was sitting on the porch
Welp, I just picked it up. Props to the account manager, enterprise account sales, great lakes district (I don't want to say his name) for finding the package and having it at the counter for me. That place was a zoo today. There were 4-5 people just absolutely bitching up a storm about not having the package. The poor guy behind the counter was like "There is nothing I can do - we had a storm, your package is late, and is not here. I can't physically produce your package". He asked the customer for his tracking number, and he dude blew up again. "How in the hell am I suppose to know the tracking number!!!!! It's at home on my e-mail!!!!!" At this point, I'm thinking "what kind of idiot doesn't jot that down when he comes to pick up the package that he knows might not be there"? Anyway, those counter guys don't make enough to deal with that shit.
Sure, but they could at least give him his money for shipping back. He paid for overnight and didn't get it.

I work at UPS SCS in Grand Rapids... I try to help wherever I can though.
I do exports, hazmat auditing, dispatch, and just about everything else lol.
You are welcome... I would have been able to do more if I worked in the small pack division. Glad you got the package.
The tracker may have been based on a plane that was scheduled to move but was cancelled... They had to delay the whole plane but the tracker thought the plane landed? Just a guess.
That's because they use Prestige as a shipper. Worst company ever.
I live in Phoenix. There's an Amazon warehouse in the metro area. It takes longer to get something delivered with Amazon Prime shipping than regular shipping, which usually arrives within 2 business days.
Supply chain huh??
