Bama and Oregon. Home and home.
Now knowing what 1995 is like all over again! Thank you 247 technology!!
and Hollis shouldve demanded that at least one of those games was a late season game for those sunshine pansies.
Actually that was my point originally .. but you're right.. I guess it doesn't matter.
Oh you have "Rumblings"? I had no idea this was based on "Rumblings"....Now it HAS to be true because nobody in the SEC would make up anything against another teams coach...
I heard "Rumblings" Dantonio used to hang out with Sandusky, so it HAS to be true, no?
Good...that's what the entire conference needs to do.
I asked this multiple times and nobody answered, what's so good about kentuckys class? I haven't looked but I'm assuming they have less talent besides maybe 1 player and more recruits leading to their higher rank. Same with PSU, how is it a knock on MSU the pats old coach got the number 1 qb and number 1 TE? That's the only reason they are ranked higher, there's nothing to say their class will pan out better. Now Bama or OSU or Um I understand but we've rehashed why that's not possible already.
Do you play a lot of Dungeons and Dragons?
Now with a PhD in Applied Llama Physics...
2013: @ ND
2015: @ Oregon
2016: @ Alabama, Notre Dame
2017: @ ND, Alabama
Hopefully that counts. Don't lump us in as pussies that never play anyone. Especially when your non-conference this year was Miami (OH), Central Florida, Cal and UAB.
You haven't played anyone decent besides the U since 2009 and you got embarrassed when you went down there. Some nerve talking shit to us about how we don't play anyone.
I had no problem with him leaving, because I get why he left ($$$$), but he could have left in a way that was appreciative to Barry and the university for giving him the opportunity, believing in him, etc...but no Bert BeileQ had to try to set fire to the place on his way out and disrespect his mentor in doing so. Fuck him. I hope they get jailsexed in every single game so I can see that dumb fucking look on his face every saturday. I'm going to go the Arkansas bar in chicago, order a sweet tea and vodka, and just giggle with glee as they get bent over Deliverance style, and the fans mimic Bert's confused face and think "wait a minute, I thought we win championship now?"
Lol. I love this. Boise State is a certified good team in NCAAF right now. Whether people want to admit it or not, they play (and beat) powerhouse BCS teams.
Wasn't a great win, but a good win for sure.
Is there any basis to these rumors, or are these just butthurt SEC fans?
hoke- to alter or manipulate so as to give a deceptively or superficially improved quality or value.
Hey take it easy on them. OSU is now the official Sheriff of the B10. They're going to make sure that the rest of the conference's recruiting is up to snuff, that we schedule properly, that we spend enough money, and that we flip enough SEC recruits.
What with their stellar recent run of umm big time national victories, and great out of conference scheduling, and probation-free years, and not embarrassing the B10 in big moments and all. And hey, they just pulled in a great recruiting class!!!
It's about two things with Meyer
1. He wants the B10 perception to be better so O$U can make the playoffs
2. He wants other schools to get players interested in the B10/committed so he can poach off the ones he wants easier. Let the other schools do his work for him
Bless his heart, we all should be grateful
all true....he's a special kind of fuck face. I'm starting to hate him more than Hoke....and it's not even close really. Hoke is a mumbling lard ass but not that annoying overall: just kinda common. Myer is a class A douche bag. I don't think it ends well for him there but I've been wrong before. Sure they make alot of $$$$ for the BIg Ten and NCAA BUT they're the biggest cheaters in the conference and everyone knows it. They are alot like U$C , the whole $EC, ND,Texas and Ped $tate......cheating effs one and all.
he doesn't....not really anyway. Just being a smug, smarmy cockhound. Ya know......HIMSELF.
if you think about that for a moment, you just identified the difference between a fan and an alum.
I live around a bunch of B1G alums and I've never once seen what you describe.
Regardless, I still root for MSU as long as they're not playing OSU.
I will admit that I did not root for OSU during bowl season this year.
He is riding high right now. So was Tressel for quite a while.
Kill this thread with fire
ha. No worries. I still have tremendous respect for your HC and will be rooting for MSU every game but one.
Back on topic, Iowa is right in the middle of corn country yet Hayden Frye had has Hawkeyes ranked #1 for awhile in the 1980's. If I believe the arguments made on this thread that shouldn't have been possible. The fact is Hayden put Iowa's flag in NJ, TX, and OH and brought in the recruits he needed. The point is that it can be done.
There is no question that B1G coaching staffs need to step up their efforts in recruiting. This year there were MAC schools that finished with better recruiting classes than some B1G schools. That should never ever happen.

“You’re going to hear stories about it’s a feeding frenzy out there. It is,” Ohio State coach Urban Meyer said. “And sometimes you’ll hear people say, ‘You offer committed players.’ Let me make this real clear: Everybody does that. And it’s not wrong, OK?
“The young person has the right to go to any school he likes. If one school is better than the other, fits his personality. If something is going on illegally, that’s a whole different animal. But … the 17- or 18-year-old man has a right to go to any school he wants.”
LMAO...hey dreamer....that should read IF he loses to "inferior" talent because in 2012 that did NOT happen
EDIT : I laugh my ass off at all these whiney sissy msu cry babies

OSU coach Urban Meyer rips new proposed recruiting rules
said he would rather keep the current rules in place and concentrate on cleaning up the enforcement process.
“Bad stuff,” Meyer said during his signing day news conference on Wednesday, via ESPN.com. ”That’s stuff that we’re going to have to talk [about], the Big Ten Conference is going to meet and I’m putting together a personal letter to all the coaches in America that I disagree with most of it. I would imagine not many people who have recruited wrote those [rules].
“That’s my question: Who comes up with that? Have they actually got in a car and went and recruited sophomores in high school?”, Meyer said. “Think about this for a second — unlimited mailings and you can mail them whatever you want. Take a deep breath and whoever said that, put that in motion, could you imagine what’s going to be rolling into kids’ driveways? Fatheads and magnets — nonsense.”
