These are the worst cliffs notes ever...
After two pages of being asked about it Bill said "He said he will be talking to Michigan State and he is committed to the Spartans. "
Nothing more after that. No reason as to why he didn't put that in the original article to the MSU fanbase.
I'm sure there's a reason
Yup, no idea why he would write that article for this site and omit that. Bill might as well not write articles for RCMB any longer, he's an OSU writer 1st and foremost and he's going to get ridiculed from here on out no matter what he writes.
The article says he is committed to MSU.
(It is not VIP)
Urban Meyer is making a strong bid to “flip” one of the country’s top wide receiver prospects to Ohio State, and land another top prospect from the state of Michigan.
Go f%$# yourself San Diego.
Your a retard.
I wonder if he'll mention this in "What I Am Hearing" next week
Rogue Leader= Obese coward who didn't attend MSU and has no college degree
We are obviously not reading the same article.
Never heard of him. I typically don't have anything against Serbians.
There are 2 articles? And, there is less info in the VIP article?
Honestly guys, if you want this site to do anything about guys like Kurelic you have to speak with your dollars. Bitching on here will not change anything. Those of you that are VIP's need to cancel and let them know why.
You know he's serious about the Buckeyes because of the OSU notepad in his avatar.
The only reason for him to omit that was to intentionally try to take a jab at Spartan fans. It was a big Eff you to us and one we wont soon forget.
It was a very irresponsible headline for that article.
You know i would do that, but i enjoy reading the articles from the other guys on 247.
I understand that point and I respect it. But understand that nothing will change then. Back in the day when tRCMB was a stand alone entity the Board drove everything because that was its reason for being. Now the board only exists so to drive people to Spartantailgate to pay for content. Don't get me wrong, there is nothing wrong with that. It is capitalism, pure and simple (what Trevor did before this incarnation of the site was much, much, more altruism than capitalism). Fact of the matter is, the higher-ups at 247 don't care about this message board or what is being said on it UNLESS it effects their bottom line. If people want to change the way 247 operates then make it effect their bottom line, otherwise don't be surprised the next time Kurelic, or Helwagen, or whatshisface (the UM shill) come on here and post garbage articles.
Agreed. I don't see too much of an issue with the article if this was a buckeye site... ( and taking out my biased) Very similar stories have been posted here about players MSU has been trying to flip in the past. However, I do think that it was wise to omit what Harris said about his commitment to MSU if he was writing an article that was to be posted here as well. I would think that to be relevant to the interests of the Buckeye fans as well, but the article was obviously pandering to the Buckeye subscribers so I can understand the omission as it takes away from the hype.
"Tonight, we show the world what this program is made of!" -- Brian Ellerbe on Mar 4, 2000, the night of scUM's 51-point loss to MSU.
