Maybe the coaching staff did their homework on him and decided he wouldn't be worth the potential headaches. He definitely needs to realize that once you hit the send button, everyone sees it. The image of him that people see is of a whiny spoiled brat.
Typical um speak/psychosis...we beat um for a recruit and they say they never offered or offer was pulled for academic reasons. Gotta say this kid is really immersing himself in the scum culture. Love the reference to um wins you need ancestry.com to verify. He doesn't tweet he twits.
It is weird that kickers are the outcasts of football. They just don't fit in.
Sorry, not following heavily on recruiting...who is JJ McGrath and what's his beef with our commit?
A scorned kicker who wanted an MSU offer but never got one (we got the #1 K in the country instead). Now he committed to scUM as a PWO and is fitting in quite well.
And he spends all his time on twitter bashing MSU and trying to flip our recruits, he is constantly tweeting with Terry and Harris saying how much MSU sucks. Trashed the Izzone, throws around their ancient history, and he said they should both want to play in the worlds largest stadium instead of SS. That last one particularly surprised me as I wasn't aware that UM had a trip to Pyongyang, North Korea coming up in the near future to play a non-conference game at Rungrado May Day Stadium.
Peyton Manning needs to hold a yearly kicker camp where he let's them know what's up.

+1 for wiki
Twinkle twinkle little star.
Keeping the sunshiners in check since 2000.
Whoa, you're back...
Careful.... was that 'star' bashing???
Edit: At least it's good to know that Tanner took some advantage of his free Tennis education to study the 'classics' like "twinkle, twinkle".
Although at his age it might be tinkle, tinkle... LOL

Nίκη για MSU
Yeah, I tweeted back about the North Korean stadium being bigger than theirs, mostly because he had our capacity wrong in his tweet by a few thousand.
Nysparty? I kid.
"losing Caleb Benenoch is a blow that Dantonio will never recover from. Izzo has lost it as well. Hoke and Beilein own the state."
What the hell? Why would he take a shot at Geiger? Have they ever even met?
I didn't really care much for all of this Mcgrath business as he is a high school kidwho is not coming to MSU but it is pretty shitty that he would straight up call out one of our commits.
fixed the last word for you....you're welcome.
I always assumed the ratings issue was that recruiting for kickers took place out of kicking camps and I think the rating services are unwilling to rely strictly on what they hear coming out of those camps, because that basically means the camp director is doing the rating. That and kicking in high school is pretty unstructured. You can be the best kicker in the country but if your high school team does not have a decent long snapper and someone who can get down good holds then the kicker's stats are going to suffer.
I also think coaches still believe that they can walk over to the soccer field and get a couple of guys who with a summer's worth of practice could do an adequate to good job.
That's what the coaching savant Bo thought.
So, to put it into a steak sauce analogy:
Geiger is A-1 (#1 overall)
McGrath is Heinz 57 (#57 overall)
It sounds like McGrath should get off Twitter and go practice his kicking.
This is kid is going out of his way to prove why he is not a Spartan. I feel sorry for the next girl to breakup with him.
Short answer: He's a kicker.
