Talking any war from any country.
I would still say the American Civil war. The fighting tactics were so far behind for the type of weapons they had. Add in the fact you are fighting other Americans. Plus the camp was just as dangerous in terms of health as the battlefield. I can't even imagine how terrifying some of those battle most have been to fight in. The gore after someone gets hit by a cannonball had to be just outstanding.
The war of huge cocks
Fighting in the trenches in WWI would have been pretty awful as well.
The war where I am killed.
the next one
Calmer than you are
This would be my answer.
tRCMB - Visit at your own risk of being disgusted.
WWI for sure. jump out of the trench, and you're lucky if you get to watch your buddies on either side get shot before you get shot. eff that noise
Outside of a dog, a book is man's best friend. Inside of a dog, it's too dark to read. - Groucho Marx
Any war with Vlad the Impaler!
Probably the War of the Triple Alliance/Paraguayan War
The lowest estimate of Paraguay's losses is some 60% of its total population of a bit over 500000--and more than 90% of the entire male population, from babies to old men.
Vietnam because my former MOS's life expectancy was like seven minutes.
Hmm. Look at the picture on the right and the text above it.
The War on Christmas is Hell, millions of Americans have given their lives.
Chosin Resovoir... Pretty fucking horrible.
Basically getting stuffed into the 'hot gates' in subzero temps and trying to retreat down blocked moutainous narrow roads with snipers above...
Marriage is like flying with kids, if the flight had 500 connections, never ended, Ted Striker were your pilot and you ate the fish.
Another vote for WWI. The trenches were filled with bodies, disease, hunger...
Battlefields were filled with mines and barbed wire traps as well. WWI was pretty nasty.

The Cold War, because I'm always underdressed
Not only those horrific thing you mentioned, but WWI was also the first time tanks, Automatic heavy machine guns and biological weapons such as gas were introduced on the battlefield.

The war on drugs. Because I like drugs.
Few people suffer like American Christians.
Bobby Sak is one of the most respected historians around when it comes to this war..
i don't know man.... sure, there is an overwhelming likelihood that you are going to die, but what if you were one of the lucky few tasked with repopulating Paraguay? Might be worth the risk.
Rip Bobby Sak. And hi Nucky.
Haha, I was going to mention these things! I'm a social studies teacher and one of my classes just finished up this unit not too long ago.
To keep their attention before spring break, we segued into the Roaring Twenties. The freshmen boys glued to it. Flappers, bootlegging/prohibition, mafia, KKK comes into existence, etc. Lots of questions about flappers.
That or the civil war.
Probably some war during the middle ages. You're probably going to die in any war you choose. I'd rather get shot than hacked to pieces with a sword i guess.
This scares me more than the whole Korean war. And my Grandpa was 'kind' enough to tell me stories about it when I was in like first grade.
