I'm assuming all of them.
Do chains not count?
28 posts and no Ross/Subway jokes?
Now someone's going to tell me there's a better pizza than Georgio's.
Since I'm no longer living in the area, I have no interest in expanding my horizons beyond my college nostalgia. Jersey Giant will forever be the greatest. Hell I'm still even willing to give El Az the title of Best Mexican.

Is there a Jersey Mike's in Lansing?
No they do.... Jersey Giant is a Lansing chain. Jersey Mike's just doesn't have a Lansing branch.
I do like Jersey Mike's but I think they pale in comparison to Jersey Giant.
I will have to try this Jersey Mike's....but seriously anyone in Chicago should try J.P. Graziano's on Randolph in the West Loop, only thing I've had that compares. Not a chain either.
El Az =
The best Mexican food in the Lansing area is El Oasis.
I would actually say Pablo's Panaderia
Never been there. I'll give them a try though.
You're the Best Mexican in the Lansing area baby.
But no seriously, I know it's not good but I'm not going out of my way to expand my Lansing horizons the few times a year I go there. Too many nostalgia tour stops to add anything new to the rotation. Once everything downtown is closed and replaced with Applebee's and McDonald's then maybe.
That's just sad.
If you have never been to new York deli on Clark or Lucia's on north ave, you should really just refrain from entering discussions where grown-ups are talking.
We've got depth. We've got numbers.
Even sadder that most of you probably never had a sandwich from Lou and harrys grill on grand river
So what is Jersey Giant anyway? I always hear such good things about it... What makes it better/different than Subway, Jimmy John's, Quiznos, Subway, etc?
get the new Nike MSU font: http://tinyurl.com/spartansfont
It's on a huge bun and they slice all the meats and cheeses to order.
I had the chicken salad from there once. It was the worst experience of my life. I haven't been back, but I've heard good things.
That place is good too. I work a block away.
Jersey Giant ≠ Jimmy Johns.
I used to get high before, and during, work when I worked at the Lou Ha's on GR. I think it's fairly normal around EL. But, the Jersey Giant guys take it to another level.
I think Hobie's makes some good sandwiches
I think it's like pizza in that some people like a lot of crust, and others think pan pizza is an abomination. With Jersey Giant, you better like a lot of bread. I have some friends in EL who can't stand it b/c they feel like they're never getting much meat and all they're paying for is bread.
A little piece of soul with oil and vinegar.
Best Mexican in Royal Oak now.
Hey neighbor, too bad I didn't know that earlier I would've invited you when we went downtown to watch games.
Listen, the East Coast Club at L&H's was fantastic, but it was no Jersey Giant (and by that I mean not only the shop but the sandwich which bears its name).
I've always thought that JG was way overrated. I've only had it a couple times, but it never seemed worth the drive or the money.
Bring back Rich Rod!
