Johnsons group just bought the Dodgers and Jordan owns a part of a NBA team, I see Michael's Hanes commericals and is Air Jordan line of sportswear popular, I would guess Jordan is making more money.
Jordan makes 10x more, but he also gambles 10x more.

MJ makes more money
Rogue Leader= Obese coward who didn't attend MSU and has no college degree
Yea, I was thinking about this when Magic bought the dodgers. What I do think is interesting is that probably the 2 best players in modern NBA history are also the two richest, I mean, can you think of an NBA player who is richer than those 2?
I've always heard that everything Magic has touched investment wise has turned into gold.
MJ is a degenerate gambler, plus he just had that huge divorce, right?
MJ is a brand. Magic is a businessman who doubles as an analyst.
Magic is worth half a billion, owns part of the Dodgers, works at ESPN, and has Magic Johnson Enterprises. No idea how much Jordan is worth but he has the Jordan brand as well as a car dealership and part ownership of the Bobcats (if they're even profitable).
i thought i read somewhere that Magic Johnson is a billionaire from his theater business. Not sure about Jordan.
Magic earned hundreds of millions in part because of his name but primarily because of his business acumen. Jordan has made hundreds of millions because of his name only. All indications are he is an awful general manager/ owner. I have not heard any success stories for MJ and his business dealings. Advantage Earvin.
I would have to guess Magic as he has made tons of good investments, and when he sells of stuff(like a ton of Starbuck partnerships) he makes a killing. Look at the funds his company manages, one of them has over a billion to mess around with, he is making a killing. MJ has the shoes but that is owned by Nike, he gets a fat cut I am sure but it is not like MJ is out there buying a ton of profitable business like Magic does.

Magic is tied for the third richest black dude in America
I'm assuming tiger is one, then idk who is #2 and the other tied at 3...but this was a stat shown on NBCsports earlier
Behold the walls of Sparta: 10000 men and every one a brick.
My god the stupid just oozes from you.
this article has them tied at $500 million a piece. Not too shabby.
That is of 2009, no way Tiger has that much now and Jordan is losing money on the Bobcats at at the casinos. Interestingly enough Oprah has been losing a ton of money as of late as her network failed and her magazine is losing readership,

tRCMB - Where MSU fans eat their own.
Tiger was supposed to be worth a billion before the divorce and he's getting a ton from Nike and his other sponsors. He's doing fine. Didn't he just build a massively expensive house on Jupiter Island in Florida?
Exactly, Jordan's biggest moneymaker is something that Nike created during his playing days. Magic's is something that Magic created after his playing days. Not sure who makes more, but Magic's fortune is 100x more impressive.
Jordan, no doubt.

hoke- to alter or manipulate so as to give a deceptively or superficially improved quality or value.
Just wait until you see how much Earvin will make when he sells the Dodgers local television rights. It's either hundreds of millions from local tv, or a "YES" like Dodgers channel that will crush it. There is a reason they paid 2 billion.
Nationally, who is more admired?
Magic definitely wins in terms of diversification - has his hands in everything from movie theatres to the Dodgers.
I read somewhere that MJ makes more money from Nike, than all the Malaysian employers of Nike combined
