Took thursday, friday off and for good measure next monday too.
No idea. Staying at Mandalay (which I hear has a new "Toptional" bar area outside) but I have never been there and don't know how their sports book set up is. Also the bachelor is getting a suite that we can probably watch some games in.
I'm either taking 11-5 off or "working from home."
We will be staying at PH. Right now we are looking at blondies or the hilton. we waited to long to snag a table at the stadium. I just want to be at a place where i can get rowdy and hopefully be surrounded by like minded fans.
Debating on long lunch, working from home or afternoon off. It does completely suck for central time
I'll go to one out of the 2 classes I have that day. Seems fair.
"If you're worried about Wolverine fans, just move to Pasadena. You'll never have to deal with 'em."
anybody have any ideas how I could work the game into my World History lesson plans?
University of Michigan: Keeping ugly girls out of East Lansing since 1837!
Taking half days Thursday and Friday
We are not the same, I am a Spartan
I'm struggling with taking a long lunch. I can definitely get away with it, and my office is about 8 blocks from one of the Alumni club bars here, but I don't love the fact that I would be returning to the office at like 2:45. If these damn games weren't 2:30 just to sell extra commercials, it'd be a no brainer. Of course I work in advertising, so my attitude is highly ironic.
I'm having 10-15 clients coming to the house Thursday afternoon for "meetings". Rib Eye and lobsters on the grill. Bar stocked; and bar fridge full! Told the wife to not come home early so I have time to clean up the mess.
Billable time, good food, good drinks, and a Spartan win. Can this be heaven?
I have class until 11:30, so i'll be all set to come home, whip up some sloppy joe's and not move all day long.
1/2-day Thursday. I also have to go to Founders and pick up my 12-pack of KBS on Thursday. Might just stay in the taproom and watch the game there.
I think you convinced me to take a half day Thursday sampling my homebrews instead of working from home.

One of my suppliers holds a informational conference every year on the first day of the tournament, they always have the games on big projector screens. It makes it much easier to go to that then take the day off.
Watch from tv, not worth driving three hours back and forth when you could watch all 16 games that day from the friendly confines of your living room. that's my opinion, anyways.
What's it take to become a client?
I'd be down on the floor before too long if I were there for the game.
Looks like I'll have to take a later lunch at Reno's West on Thursday.

Nίκη για MSU
Have to be in Detroit for a conference, but I'm taking a four-beer (minimum) lunch.
tRCMB - Visit at your own risk of being disgusted.
Rep us well Johnny!!
I'm thinking about is. Already taking Friday afternoon off though.
A large corporate legal counsel budget!
Taking it off, of course!
And now I have to find buyers for tickets for the first two games in San Jose... Acquired tix for the first two Thursday games, thinking "what are the chances that MSU's game will be on Thursday and overlap?">.. apparently, very good...
Spartans ...committed to bring Paul Bunyan home in 2013.
Working 3 hours Thursday and then headed to the Palace, Friday I'll spend my afternoon working at the bar after 12.
