This is a game where Tubby has them focused and gets them back on track after sliding since January. (Why'd we have to play them in December? ) I know Bo has the Badgers playing better and Wisconsin needs the win to stay in the top four of the league (to not have to play on the Thursday of the BTT), but if Minnesota isn't careful, Illinois could be passing them by in the standings. The Barn will be rocking with ESPN.
Minnesota has the better team but Bo Ryan is inifintely better than Tubby and Minnesota has found some ways to lose close games this year and Wisconsin is the master of keeping games low scoring and close. It's a tossup.

It is ALWAYS a great day to be a Spartan!!!!
Gophers seem to be in a freefall right now. I have faith that they'll get to the tourney still, but I don't have much faith they will win tonight. Hot team v cold team.
Really pulling for Minny, given Wisky's easy (other than at us) remaining schedule. Will be watching on a plane.
If the refs call it tight wisky. If its loose minny.
Gophers by 8

The top five teams get byes.
Edit. Never mind. I was thinking of the Big 11.

Playing in the 5-12 game wouldn't be the end of the world. PSU is terrible.
gophers will win at home.
probably the type of game they need to get going again
I can't see the goofers dropping this game. they played wisconsin very tight at the kohl center, and I think they'll be fired up to play them at the barn
Bo Ryan sucks Tubbys' balls. Minny will win. The only way Wiscy has a shot is if the officials fall for the vadgers flops.
Bo has won four straight over Minnesota.
I would put this game as a pick em. Despite the impressive record for UW, I still think they're a team that could lay a big fat effing egg at any point. I hate Minnesota.
We really need Minnesota to win. This is one of two difficult games on UW's schedule.
I feel like some of you do not use the correct logic this time of year. Minny will win because wisky is a lock for the tourney. It is a road game so it wont look like a terrible loss for wisky, at the same time, it would be a big win for minny. Follow the $ this time of year when it comes to conference games. Although, Bo is usually immune to these kinds of things due to the pictures he has of delaney and the hookers/blow/goats.
This is true.
But since Jan 12 Minny has only beat two teams Nebraska and Iowa
I predict the golden showers win by 4

Wisconsin lucked out with a JV schedule this year. We need them to lose tonight or they will most likely finish at 14-4.
Minny because it's at the barn. 52-50.
Under Tubby Smith, Minnesota is 17-33 in B1G conference games past Feb. 1. That's the worst--worse than Penn State--record in the conference over the past six years. Minnesota has only won two February or March B1G games in the barn during the last three seasons (2-10).
Wisconsin will win. The Badgers always win games like this, the Gophers always lose games like this. Go Gophers!
Location: Mumbai, India
If Rodney Williams is still out (which I believe he is) then Wisky wins by 5.

Minny, 56-53 in a "Barn" burner... Pun intended.
How exactly is it a JV schedule? Of the teams currently in the top 7 of the conference, the only one we don't have a home and home with is Michigan.
You miss the tan man as well. Only having 2 games against IU and Michigan this year is a big deal (was last year too). The win at IU was huge. As a spartan fan, would be nice for a return match....would at least give one of you guys another loss
