I had to call 911 to report a wrong way driver in a highway near my house just a few months ago. When it is dark and you see headlights coming at you, it is disorienting and pretty scary. Thankfully, it was late and there were no other cars around.
A 37-year-old woman was arrested Wednesday night for driving the wrong way on I-475 — traveling north in the southbound lanes, the Ohio Highway Patrol said.
She was released Wednesday night into the custody of her parents, said Lt. William N. Bowers.
What the heck?
Lydia M. Jablonski, of Springfield Township, was charged with a "divided highway" violation. Police reported she refused to take a breath test for alcohol.

This thread reminds me of when I saw an Asian girl drive the wrong way down Shaw.
What is that, a Titleist? A hole in one...
Saw a wrong way driver on I75 near downtown Detroit. Left lane no less and he wasn't going slow either. Scared the crap out of me. He had to have known. 4 lanes and it was busy as hell.

I turned right out of Flap Jack Shack by Frandor once and went about 50 feet until I realized what I did..... turned into the other entrance and went out the right way.... felt like an idiot
That's happened to me twice. Once when I was a wee lad in the 1960's and our family just left Gaylord to continue to Mackinac City. The car coming the other way had be be going at least 75-80 and nearly took off the driver's side outside mirror on our 1963 Chevy. The one thing I will always remember was the lack of time between seeing the other car and how fast it was on top of us.
Those girls maybe had a second or two before impact.
Another wrong-way crash in Toledo early this morning. This time both people in the car going the wrong way were killed. There has been way too many of these in the Toledo area lately.

What the fuck is going on?
I don't know. They might need to seriously consider the spike strips on the entrance/exit ramps that get people going the wrong way before more people get killed.
They say stay out of the passing lane because confused or drunk drivers think that they are on the right side of the road.
