That's not a season long highlight film. That's one game. The accuracy, the arm strength on the run, the vision while running the read option, the touch on the screens and the deep balls. This kid is a pass first dual threat QB with size and speed (6'4"). He is going to have a very bright future at MSU.
Is he graduating early and coming for the Spring by any chance?
But if he is the best option will Dantonio play him ahead of Cook and O'Connor? I know no way he plays as a true freshman nor should he.
Looks like he's got a lot of experience catching bad snaps too.

Wow, i didn't even know about him, thanks!
No one in our class is set to do this yet. If Peko signs he probably will.
Doesn't slap the ball before throwing
LET HIM PLAY
I would think he'd play before Cook (not true freshman year but after). I don't know if he'd play in front of O'Conner, that's going to be a hell of a battle that off season.
footwook looks like it needs a lot of work

2014: Terry vs O'Connor
Footwork looks pretty good here after only a week of good coaching.
My question: does he have the arm strength and accuracy to make the throws in our offense? Say what you want about Maxwell, but he's got a legit pro style arm. It's the intangibles that he sucks at. Or, would we have to revamp our offense to fit Terry's skill set?
Delton Williams is number 5 correct? That kid can play too, wow.
Yeah, we all know. He has had an impressive Sr year of HS, he's not going to play next year.
certainly looks better in that video. Also no rush, no pads in that video.
Already sells play action better than maxwell. Come on in.
I've seen the film of his junior year highlights which are truly impressive. . . it appears that he is getting even better. His running as an underclassman had a certain frenetic quality that made me worried about injuries and from a game standpoint fumbles. He now looks quicker, fast in the open, and smoother. . . more organized about picking his holes for running. His passing both short and long has always looked good.

I can't wait for him to possibly play in 2016.
There were some absolutely horrendous snaps in that highlight
The Doctor is in:
But...will Roushar v2014 be creative enough to employ his talent?
Honestly, if we are calling Terry a dual threat we have to call O'Connor one too.
Please remember that's against HS corners and safeties. The majority are under 6' and run a 4.7 forty or slower.
Next year many are 6' and taller and most are 4.6 or faster and the defensive schemes/coverages are much more sophisticated, harder to read.
He certainly looks like has taken major steps as a senior and like you I hope Dantonio considers him. Go to believe the reason Cook isn't playing is because he hasn't progressed.

Zactly. And if Terry has to play in 2014 we are in deep.
Man, I am sooo pumped.
Speaking of awesome Youtube clips, check out the run at 2:34. This kid also seems legit.
Am I the only one who is not blown away by his running ability? It doesn't really look like he has the speed/quickness to be a true "dual threat" in college.
Players play, tough players win.
