If that's the case, watch 300. Problem solved.
Exactly. And, spoiler alert......
Cersei gets way effing naked later on anyway. Not sure how they can avoid the scene where she goes from the Great Sept of Baelor to the Red Keep.

I read an interview that Emilia Clarke did yesterday, she said she would be clothed for the whole season. Nooooo!
Kingdom is split up and warring with each other, sort of.
Robb headed south and is fighting the Lannisters, has won all 3 battles he has lead. Trying to get his sisters back.
Bran is left at Winterfell and when he sleeps he shifts into the body of his direwolf, Summer.
Catelyn gives Robb advice and pleads with him not to send Theon Greyjoy back to the Islands to broker an alliance with Balon Greyjoy.
Sansa is in Kings Landing and betrothed to Joffrey, not much about her in this episode except that saving the drunk knight from Joffrey at the beginning is something to pay attention to.
Jaime is still captured and meets Robb's Direwolf, Grey Wind.
Cersei is scheming and showing the type of power she has in Kings Landing, I'm not sure if this was a given, but she ordered all of Roberts bastards killed, or it is assumed she did.
Joffrey is maniacal and cruel, he knows he is king and has all the power to do what he wants. He tells Cersei that he knows his father slept around and thinks there are bastards out there. Cersei slapped him and some doubt is starting to cross her on whether or not her son will do as she wants, at least that is the way it looked. he warned her to never hit him again and that what she did was punishable by death.
Tyrion shows up whistling all over the place and he brings Bronn, the sellsword, and the tribes from the Eyrie, so he has some protection of his own and isn't too worried about his sister. He has a letter from his Father that he is the acting Hand in Tywin's place. Tyrion will not take any shit from Cersei or Joffrey.
Renly - Calling his banners from the south, has amassed the largest army but in no rush to get to Kings Landing.
Stannis - He is portrayed as he should be. Very rigid, and by the book. He will not break any rules, and I think they try to stress that when they are writing the letters that are supposed to go out. Especially when he changes Jaime's description. Stannis is respected as a military mastermind, but no one really loves him. He listens to a priestess, which is the redhead, Melisandre. She worships R'hllor
They also introduce Davos, who plays an important part, usually speaks his mind and is about the only one who understands that Stannis won't punish people for being honest or giving an honest opinion.
Daenarys is shown heading through a desert with a small band of what is left of her Khalasar. They show one of her baby dragons as her horse dies. She sends off 3 of her officers to see what is ahead and try to find food and water or a city.
The Wall -
Basically they show the Night's Watch trekking north of the wall, and ending up at a Wildlings house, Craster. The rules are given by Craster that none of his wives, who are mostly his daughters as well, are to be touched. Jon points out that there are no son's. Craster doesn't like Jon, and the Lord Commander takes Jon to the side and forcefully tells him he needs to listen before he can lead.
I hope I didn't put in any spoilers past this first episode. I think I covered most of it.

Now knowing what 1995 is like all over again! Thank you 247 technology!!
I was wondering what they were going to do when she goes to Qarth. The custom there is for women to have one breast exposed. Bummer.
Well, technically, she is clothed. It's just that one boob sticks out from the dress. It's like a conscious and continual nip slip.
Her doggie-style scene was ground-breaking, hard to imagine she goes from that to prude. Plus, I heard dragons love boobs.
And yeah, Lena, my bad on spelling, it's Monday. s for 300, she has dark hair, so it's not the same. Seeing her nude as a blonde is a completely different experience (not to say it's better, she was beyond smoking in 300).
Some of you will find this neat/helpful.
WTF? Isn't that what I said?
Ok, need a quick refresher course on how the younger Stark daughter escaped? I remember her cutting her hair and blending in as a peasant boy, but did Baelish (?) or someone help her escape? How is rampaging the brothel going to lead to her location? I can't remember from last season, and haven't read the books (nor do I want spoilers from the books, if this detail has not been revealed in the show yet).
They went in the brothel to kill a suspected bastard, the boy king ordered all bastards killed.
She got on a ride with Joren (Nightswatch recruiter) he is taking her north and dropping her off at Winterfell on his way to The Wall. The brothel scene was simply to kill all of Robert's bastard(s). All Bastards were killed excpet for the blacksmith kid who just happens to be with Arry, but the Lannisters are unaware of this.
All the bastard's in kings lansing were killed or hunted down. Robert has a lot of kids in many places of the kingdom, so they weren't all killed.
Mental - You think that Joffrey ordered the bastards killed? I think he even told Cersei he wasn't sure if there were bastards, Cersei knew there were bastards, I'm pretty sure she ordered teh killings. Remember she does everything to protect her children.
Ah, ok. I guess it was how the show was edited. Wasn't the scene with the killings right after the scene where Baelish was told to find the girl, and right before the scene with the girl riding away on the cart? Made it seem like they were tied together, especially the last scene of the girl (though, based on Eggy's post, perhaps that was more about the blacksmith's kid escaping).
Or perhaps my memory just sucks, which seems to happen more and more.
Arya was saved from capture by Syrio, her "fencing" instructor. She escaped through the path in the dungeons that lead to the sewer that she had found before. She eventually ran into Joren, who recognized her and decided to help out the Starks by bringing her along while he was taking men to the Wall.
As Ned is being led to be executed, he spots Arya by the statue of Baelor. He whispers to Yoren "Baelor". Previously Yoren states that Benjen Stark's "blood runs black, which makes him as much my brother as yours", when he rides to Kings Landing as fast as possible so Ned knows that Catelyn captured Tyrion.
The idea is that Yoren is taking Arya "to the Wall" in the guise of an orphan boy. No one is going to bug a group of people headed for the Nights Watch (in theory), so all they have to do is follow the Kings Road North . . . and then Yoren can drop Arya off at Winterfell.
That's the plan at least.
Michigan State does not and will not run the 3-4 defense.
I'm actually kind of pissed they cut out Arya's whole escape plot line. The scene in the chamber with all of the old dragon skulls would have been awesome. Seemed like a pretty big oversight.
Thought the same thing. I wanted to see all of the old skulls.
LOL @ "try smiling with your mouth closed."
PS and the mouth wipe and immediate whore hand-off....

Not much killing but a whole lot of bewbs tonight....Can't wait for an episode with tons of both.
Theon gets shat on every episode
That scene with Littlefinger in the brothel seemed pretty unnecessary to me. They could actually show Stannis's wife, daughter and the fool Patchface instead.
That said, the scen where he wiped the girl's face off just before another man started kissing her was hilarious.
