Here's another one, yo.
Knibb High football rules
Use this one for my lockscreen (single screen, no scrolling)
Okay I just got mine today. What do I need to know? Also, how can I make it a hotspot?
Option for me is under the settings.
Who's your carrier?
Hotspot is only if you pay for it or root it to get it for free.
-You can modify all your perma-icons on both the home screen and the lock screen
-The default browser actually performs better than Chrome, which is pathetic on Google's part
-Accuweather on your lock screen is static until you change it in settings to update every ___ hours
Meh I just found a free app that will allow me to tether without rooting.
Few simple questions.
Does the phone come with a built-in wifi app or is that something you need to install separately?
Does anyone know if the Spring 450 unlimited data plan will cover using the phone as a wifi hotspot? Or is that an additional cost feature?
Do you mean a hot spot?
I believe if you are on a Verizon shared plan you get hot spot for free.
Yes, it is included in the plan and it works very well.
I read the news today, oh boy .. ..
About a lucky man who made the grade
Does anyone know when the Verizon Jellybean update is happening? And do other carrier folks like it?

I've heard it will be coming before the end of the year.
I freaking love it. I like the layout of the notification screen MUCH better, and everything seems faster and smoother.
Possibly as early as 2 weeks but I'll believe it when I see it.
The Samsung Galaxy S3 Android 4.1.1, JellyBean started rolling out for T-Mobile users this week.
thanks for the virus.
I wish I had your optimism. I'm guessing Q1 2013.
Here is another one I made.
Aww, forget it.
Got a message from Sprint that it would download automatically in the next 2 weeks, then prompt me for a time to install
I have Sprint too and it downloaded automatically last weekend.
So I have my sprint 2 year credit and see I can get this thing for like 100 bucks, time to hang up the original EVO, this thing worth it? (I dont want the iphone), does it have 4GLTE?
will my apps transfer over?

It's probably the best phone out there right now. It does have 4GLTE, but Sprint doesn't have 4G in a lot of places yet. Don't know about the apps.
welllll, maybe ill swing by the ol sprint store tonight then
Plenty of internet rumors about when 4GLTE service will be available in the Detroit and Lansing areas. Both of them rumored to have some LTE towers in service now, but I haven't picked up any. According to the attached, Detroit will full 4G service by April and Lansing by August...but, who the hell knows?
All I know right now is I couldn't be happier about choosing the S3. My one, and only, gripe is the screen sometimes goes black when trying to input numerical responses to automated phone systems. I hope Jellybean takes care of that...
